Then, when I got home, I still had issues with it! My guess is the guy forgot about it/was busy and when he found one simple thing wrong he fixed that and didn't check to see if that was the root of the problem. If it had only been in for a day or something I could forgive not being thorough, but 2 weeks!?

They look like they were hand hooked but obviously they weren't . I paid 14.99 for each pillow (I purchased two). I did see at another store a pillow that also looked hand hooked but it was 40.00! The week of Christmas Ross is open from 7 am to 1 am which is crazy . Of course the store is definitely in a holiday last minute shopping state . They have some small KATE SPADE bags all very reasonably priced . They also have some other designer bags as well. I got my neighbors dog a Grinch plush toy and some treats . I also got his cat some treats for Christmas . The customer service at the cash registers is always great. I can't think of a time where they weren't friendly.

Also, I continue to notice used, soiled hats hanging up due to customers changing out their hats for new ones. That's gross, and I can't imagine being that desperate to steal a $7-$12 cap. Next, I witnessed two adult men opening and using pomade and running it through their hair. Again, gross. So, a word of advice: please ensure you're purchasing products that offer a seal to ensure your product hasn't been used. Have fun bargain hunting, but use caution when purchasing certain products at Ross Dress for Less.
