Sometimes it's hard to hear the instructor so try to get a bag close to him/her. Finale 10 minutes are ab intensive. You'll leave needing a shower!

I attempted to address the issue with the gym owner, Christian, who responded by name calling. I am friends with all of their fighters who are disgusted by the way coaches Christian Derr, John Adams, and peppe Johnson have treated and are continuing to treat me.
