These guys are awesome! I emailed, I got an immediate response. The owner came to my home and I told him I wanted all these flowers etc etc., but then he talked to me and realized that my lawn care habits (or lack there of) would not do well with flowers. So he drew something else up that would survive even with my neglect! He really could have sold me on anything, but didnt, he told me what would fit me and my time commitment for watering and care. I then ordered the fall decoration package...awesome!!! They did everything perfectly, they really wanted to make sure I was happy with their design and set up. That meant a lot, they didnt just drop some mums in the ground and run, the really took their time and made me feel like my tiny front yard was their only project that day. Thank you! read more

Completely unprofessional. Couldn't figure out how to complete the project after already being late, needed a huge change order to move forward. Fired on the spot. Don't just walk, run away. read more

After the project had already taken twice as much time as was in the contract, we were told that to have the project done well, addressing their own team's aesthetic and safety concerns, we would have to pay them more money. The owner admitted he had spent just 10 minutes on his initial assessment of the project and did not notice that our doors were at different heights, which is something that is completely obvious with the naked eye. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to account for his own mistakes. If we wanted to complete the project at the quoted price we would've had to keep the chipped pavers that looked unappealing and unsafe that were used to build the steps, and also leave a dangerous large hole between the two sets of steps. They also snapped one of our cables and left it taped to our house and removed decorative stones of ours from our property that were around two trees we had removed without our consent. Needless to say, we parted ways and now have to hire someone else to clean up the mess that was left behind. In the meantime we are unable to use our backdoors and backyard after already having it out of commission for weeks. read more

Horrible experience!!! Signed a contract with Joe on April 6th, 2019. Was suppose to start at our home on May 18th. He called a few days before to say he was behind and could not start until first week in June. The day before he was suppose to start, he had his secretary call to say he was still behind and could start until the following Monday(June 10th). Never showed on Monday (it was slightly raining in the morning but sun was out by 10am). Sent my husband an email (not even a phone call) saying that his foreman would be here on Tuesday. Tuesday no one showed so my husband emailed Joe. He emailed back and he said his foreman was not able to make it, that he would be here Wednesday. Wednesday is here and of course this company didn't show and didn't call us "again". My husband called him and told him we are done being patient...we will find someone else! Was suppose to start May 18th and it's now June 12th! Extremely unprofessional!! read more
