This ATA Landscaping Review was inspired by Craig the Fertilizer guy,…read moreaka "The One-Man Wrecking Crew" specializing in large tire skid marks, brown spots, splattered foundations & fences, and a broken gas meter. The owner regards him as one of his best guys. Yikes. I really miss ATA Landscaping after using them for 2 years due to a torn meniscus. I miss them scalping my lawn so I could correct it with Green Lawnger turf paint. I miss them over-trimming the driveway from a 2-inch trench to a 6-inch trench. I miss the Hooterville Fence Installers. The billion dollar white vinyl fence was mis-measured and the added $500 piece is falling apart. The geniuses then installed the Gate over an obvious sprinkler head. Paid $95 to relocate it. I miss their fertilizer guy who rammed into the gas meter, broke it, then left. The Plan of Correction? Don't fertilize the backyard anymore for the same price. I miss him splattering fertilizer on my painted white foundation and white fence that I would have to correct with two coats of Kilz 2 White Primer. Be Forewarned: If you complain about the fertilizer guy, he will muck up your property beyond recognition twice as much the next time out. That's when I finally canceled ATA. I miss squandering $6,400 over 2 years that fueled my complaints to a company whose motto is "The Customer's Always Wrong". Good riddance to the Wrecking Crew. He cracked my sidewalk, didn't remove the ivy as stated, didn't clean dirt off of driveway or in the street and chipped my curb. When discussing possible remedies, he offered ZERO solutions and just continued to request payment. Due to the damage, incomplete work and mess that he left behind, I decided to deduct 10% of the total bill. Again, instead of offering a solution or to complete the job, Lorenzo's solution was to put the $317 balance in collections! DO NOT use Lorenzo's Landscaping out of Sicklerville, New Jersey.

Also mowed the lawn and mowed over sticks and branches. I have never had a landscaper not rake up when they were done and remove regular debris. Also went into my yard which is privacy fenced without having someone call or let me know to ensure that the dogs were in the house. If I hadn't heard them the dogs would've got out of the yard. Then because I wasn't happy with the service instead of trying to make this right and work with me he'd rather lose the business. I should of read reviews as I am not the first I see that had an issue with this company. Beware this company is not concerned with customer satisfaction he is only concerned with homeowners agreeing with him and if not he cancels your service. If I could give negative stars I would.

This company has gone completely downhill. I have used Precision property for years and they always…read morehave done a thorough job. That is no longer the case. I hired them for a spring cleaning to get rid of the leaves in my yard and my beds and my ID and pick up branches Etc. I ended up picking up most of the branches before they came because I had to mow my lawn. Two guys came out for about 90 minutes and cleaned up a portion of my backyard. Leaves were still all over the yard and in the beds along the house and in the ivy. Even though the work was not completed as contracted they charged my card the remaining balance. They never apologized. Never provided follow-ups and never did the job that they were contracted to do. They are lazy and irresponsible and are horrible at customer service. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

I logged into my customer portal and it said they were coming today, I spoke to someone on the phone at around 2:15 pm who said the they were coming this afternoon, then I got text an hour later saying that they got held up at another job that they would come tomorrow. They lack of respect and professionalism is shocking. I don't think they realized that we wanted to a lot more than just mowing with this company, but they can't handle the basics, so we will be moving forward with another company in the future and I suggest you all do the same.
