After seeing such high rated practice, I checked to see my copay would be for each visit, I was shocked to hear $65 with my good insurance coverage, I pay $20 for PT, then I called couple other practices, one good rated place doesn't take insurance and charge $60 and I can go twice a day. I double checked with impact about my insurance coverage, I was told that this is just before my deductible, after deductible I only pay $35 each time, after confirming that, I went there last Tuesday with all my current X-rays and MRI results, I had an awful dizziness and the worst headache on that Friday, I called this office to see if I can talk to Dr. Ambrose, and I called my own doctor, who prescribed me a emergency MRI. I canceled all upcoming appointments with impact. More shockingly I received an early morning call today (8am on Saturday) from this office saying I still owe them $35 since my insurance won't cover it, I for a second thought they were actually care enough to check on my dizziness. Why did you confirm my copay $65 when I checked in with you twice before my visit? I was very clear on the phone that I needed to know my copay before visiting. I had text message as well. Very inconsiderate and disappointing practice. If I knew $100 is my pay of visit I would definitely choose other places. Definitely not going there again. read more

I've been searching for a great chiropractor and chiropractic care clinic with great accommodating staff and I feel I hit the jackpot with Impact chiropractic. When I came in for my initial visit, the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Also, seeing how the staff continues to build positive relationships with other patients in the room showed me how much they care about their patients and their well being. I have learned from past experiences that loving your job positively affects the entire atmosphere at the workplace and the staff here seem to really show that. When I first met Dr. Chase, he was curious to learn more about my well being and where I have been experiencing pain. He was very professional and continued to show curiosity towards how I can get the best treatments from him and his staff. I tried to be as detailed as possible so that I can make him aware of my background history and what might've caused my ongoing neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. He assessed my movements and learned that that assessment caused me to feel tender and experience some pain which I knew was required to do so that he could learn what my limits are. So, he placed a heating pad under me for 10 mins before I got adjusted and the adjustment went very smoothly. I felt so much lighter afterwards and felt I was able to move around in ways I couldn't before. Because my body was used to living in pain and moving in certain ways, I could feel my body slowly return to only being able to move in certain ways throughout the day but I knew that over time, after furthering my treatment with Dr. Chase, that I'd be able to feel more flexible and have less and less pain. Their office feels so calm and I felt so taken care of. It's a quiet and caring type of environment to be in especially after a long day of work. I felt much better after my initial visit and am looking forward to continuing my care here with Dr. Chase and the rest of the staff.
