All the men were smiling, they were having a laugh, it was an all round enjoyable experience. After speaking to the manager, I haven't been offered an exchange for the car I ordered or a proportionate compensation related to the harmed caused. Even though I complained since the day after driving the car away, I have been chasing this company for a month (both manager, dealer and central) and everyone says to be "too busy to answer" and promise call backs that never come. Don't buy! I expected reliability from a Ford dealer, but this is not what I found.

Never been disappointed , never been 'ripped off' always treated as though my business was greatly appreciated. Never had to return for a suspect repair . This is a small garage , and can get very busy , so be prepared to have to wait ,better still book an appointment in advance . They work a lot on local Taxis , so this can make it even busier , but quality of work means this is not a surprise . I have used a lot of different mechanics over the years , and like all others , always got the feeling they were fleecing me. Try this garage , and report back here so everyone can judge .
