They will call you and report if work needs to be done to pass the MOT , how much it costs and when to collect. The staff is really friendly and understanding if you are late. I missed the first appointment and they offered to rebook. The location is a bit outside of town, but there are plenty of buses and the tram close by - into town and to South Gyles shopping centre, if u feel like shopping during your waiting hours. Their labour charges are really reasonable (I thought they'd made a mistake today, checked the printout - they hadn't, they're just that reasonable) and they endeavour to get work done as quickly as they can for you. Basically these guys run a great honest family business and offer prices that are extremely competitive. Highly recommended.
