I wasn't impressed it seems that people who work there put more effort to some cars than the others. I was watching them washing the car on the side where they did a great job however my car was still dirty when I got mine done. Also I was told that they were doing only £10 options. I've driven past this place more times than I care to remember, and every time I really really want to go in and jump and play in all the foam that's bubbling around. It's just like those foam parties you see in Ibiza etc, really messy and enticing!! When I did manage to go in, I got nothing but top class service. All the men were smiling, they were having a laugh, it was an all round enjoyable experience. The price is good too, not too expensive and at the end of the day you're getting a hand-washed car and a smile to boot. What more could you want from a valet service?! read more

Went to get my car washed as there was tons of salt on it and virtually you could not see the proper colour of the car. It's a red one and with all the salt on it, it turned out to be a white car!! After the wash and by the time I got home I could see that they had missed several patches as they had not used a sponge to dry it. £8 it cost. They have lost a few customers (all my family) who have cars now. Atrocious. read more

Was really really pleased with my valet on my car! I usually try to do it myself but my children have taken it past my abilities over the past year so I decided to treat my car to a proper clean. I have used this place for a standard wash in the past for convenience and liked how friendly and professional the guy was that takes the money, I can sometimes find these places a little intimidating . When I arrived I was shown a small waiting area where I was able to help myself to a coffee or drink and a magazine which I wasn't expecting, nice touch. Then I went for a walk around botanical gardens with my smallest whilst they did their work. I can be a little ocd at times and didn't think they would get it as clean as I like but they exceeded my expectations!! Very happy customer. I will be treating my car to this more often as a great feeling having my car like new again. Thanks guys. read more

I have been here several times, each time something gets missed, in the past it has been sections of my wheels, side skirts, boot lid, ETC. Last time i said to my self, that's it i am never going again (late 2010). Well today i decided to go for one last chance. We have just purchased a three year old black Kia C`eed which has had its paintwork enhanced so hubby under strict instruction to go nowhere near a drive through automated car wash. Fantastic service at Wash n Valet and my only criticism was the windscreen could have done with extra attention as the outline of the wipers was still visible. Next time I will mention it to the team before they start and it will be no problem to them, of that I am confident. Sadly our next port of call was to Arnold Clark on Seafield Road.............despite the car being pristine, they washed it as part of their service, and the bonnet is full of swirls again. Grrrrrrrrrr. Can`t use wash n valet as often as I would like, as we live a six hour drive away, but have recommended the team to a few friends who live in Edinburgh. read more
