Unfortunately, my lashes barely held their lift after few minute of driving away (5 mins) and didn't even look tinted. They just looked like my regular lashes. The brows came out decent, but she did some waxing and cutting, which I hadn't asked for, now one tail is shorter than the other and thinner.. there goes months of growing. To make things worse, I ended up with a burn! I wasn't going to pay $175 for this, so I went back and asked for a refund for the lashes at least. It's a real shame because the place was great with Brittany and Luciana. I wouldn't be surprised if they left because they weren't treated well and made their own business. The girl who worked on me even mentioned she only had THREE MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE, which really showed. Brazilian Beauty shouldn't advertise services they're not qualified to provide. Amanda was my masseuse and she listened to my needs (relief of muscle aches from frequent workouts) and she went to work. She used the right amount of pressure to help relieve some muscle tension I had in my neck and back, and the aromatherapy and oils she used helped relieve some stress. After the hour, she also gave me some tips on how to relieve the tension myself at home which I really appreciated. I suffer from rosacea, which has caused certain portions of my face to look weathered (Only word that comes to mind). I must say that I was taken back by the professionalism of the entire staff. The staff was very welcoming and in all honesty made me feel super comfortable being that I am not a huge fan of any medical center (sorry male here). Staff member(s) took photos of my face. I was than escorted to a separate room where my options were explained to me in detail. All my concerns were addressed. Although there is no cure for rosacea, the staff offered Different variations of treatment to help reduce the redness and inflammation on my face which was very noticeable. After choosing a treatment I was shocked to learn that treatment that we chose was surprisingly affordable. After a few minutes I was led to a different room to began my treatment. I was again put at ease by the professionalism of the staff as they again explained step by step what to except as the procedure began. The staff held a full conversation with me during my procedure which made my time there seem to go a lot faster. During the Procedure my face responded extremely well to the treatment that was chosen. Majority of the redness and small bumps around my nose area were cut by more than 1/2.
