My daughter and I booked our appointment for poppy tattoos on our forearms. We were scheduled with…read morePablo, and did a great job. I gave him my design with requested alterations, which he did on his iPad in just a few minutes. The space was clean, safe, and sanitary. We were not sure about what size to get, so he printed a few variations and advised us on the one that would show the fine-line look we were going for. Pablo was also friendly and informative-- talking us through each step. It was my daughter's first tattoo, and he was attentive with her especially, turning on a fan when she said she was a little nervous. We will definitely return! They also do piercings and permanent makeup on site.

I got a small tattoo on my lower leg about 23 years ago and have been wanting to get it touched up…read morefor a long time but have always been kind of nervous about it. My past experience and knowledge about tattoo shops is that they can be very intimidating. That was NOT my experience today!! I first met the guys from Sacred Apple about 20 years ago when I was doing something for a radio station that I worked for. I have always said I wanted to go there to get my work done. The owners have changed and so have the artists, but I felt like this is where I wanted to go. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. There were 6 cars parked out front and I thought that meant there would be a wait. I was wrong. The shop is really large and can handle multiple clients at a time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the owner, Travis. I explained to him what I wanted done and he told me he could fit me in right now. He told me that they are pretty busy through April but because mine was simple he could get to it. His tattoo booth are was clean and well organized. I watched him take extra steps to insure an aseptic and sanitized technique. He talked to me throughout which helped with the slight discomfort/pain. We talked about some possible additions in the future to my simple tattoo. The whole process was less than 30 minutes. At the conclusion, he walked me through the after care process and he thanked me, I paid up (very reasonable) and I was on my way. The whole time I was in the shop, I felt comfortable and welcomed. He made sure that he asked me if it was okay if someone who just walked in the front door could come back so he could answer their questions. I appreciated the courtesy. I waited almost 20 years to get it updated and I am glad that I chose Sacred Apple.

I came in hoping for a conch and nostril…read morepiercing, but after examining my anatomy, Syd discussed options other than the conch, because she was concerned it wouldn't heal properly with my ear shape. She let me know my other options, and without pressuring me to get any ear piercings, helped me choose an upper cartilage. This was $10 cheaper than my original conch hopes, and i am so thankful she helped me choose a piece that would heal well, rather than getting an extra $10! I will absolutely be back to finish decorating my ears!

If I could give zero stars, I would. (if you're considering this place, seriously read.)…read more I paid $150 for a navel piercing here and it was visibly crooked from the start. For that price, the work should have been flawless, but instead Erin left me with crooked placement, terrible jewelry, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The top piece of jewelry they used was a square diamond -- completely inappropriate for a navel piercing since sharp edges easily snag. The bottom ball wouldn't stay on. It was a push-in push-out mechanism instead of a standard screw on. I lost it twice in under 12 days (the second time for good). Not to mention, when I was getting the piercing, they didn't use a clamp. First red flag. When I went to another piercing shop while traveling, both the piercer and apprentice immediately noticed the piercing was crooked. They also explained the jewelry Juniper's used was extremely poor quality and bad for healing. That shop replaced my bar and balls for free. For reference, they only charge $20 total for piercings (jewelry included). Juniper's Precision, on the other hand, charged me 7.5x more for crooked work and garbage jewelry. When I went back to Juniper's to address this, I was told the piercing should be removed, healed, and redone later. They promised to order me new jewelry that screwed on. Why that wasn't done from the get-go? Who knows. Over six weeks passed with zero communication, only for me to find out later that they had been sending texts to someone else's number in a completely different area code. When I finally managed to book a new appointment, the piercer (Charly) texted me the day of to reschedule. Not only is that unprofessional, but after all the mistakes they'd already made, it was the last straw. I politely requested a refund, given the botched job, lack of communication, and wasted time. Instead, I was told: The jewelry they "ordered for me" would only be available if I paid for it (after already paying $150). A redo with new jewelry was offered -- but only by them, which I have zero trust in at this point. A refund was "not possible." So now I'm left with a crooked scar, $150 wasted, and a whole lot of frustration. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. DO NOT go here. There are professional, affordable shops nearby that actually know what they're doing and care about their clients.

Scheduling the appt was super easy. The vibe in the shop is so chill but very warm, clean, and personable. The jewelry I got to choose from was not just your standard giant stainless steel ring; it was a gorgeous statement piece. Charly and Erin helped me decide where to put the piercing and I couldn't be happier with the result. I was comfortable during the entire process and I cannot believe how painless and quickly the piercing has been healing. If you want personable, high-quality, skilled piercings/piercers, look no further than Juniper's.

Absolutely appalled at how friendly this dude was that pierced me and seemed to have done it…read moreright.. I just got my conch and a cartilage pierced by him. He used a needle to pierce my ear and then put the jewelry through. Okay cool. I get home and go to clean it for the second time a few hours later and wonder why it still hurts so much and has so much pressure feeling. I finally touch it and move it around enough to realize this dude literally put the sharp pointy jewelry in with the clamp backs (like you would buy at Sally's with the piercing gun kit) instead of a straight bar with the twist on top/back! Like no wonder I felt pressure, he had them clamped so tight on my ear the post wouldn't even slide back and forth. So my husband just spent the last 45 minutes (at 3 AM) trying to put different bars in it that I had at home from previously getting my tragus pierced. No wonder he gave me a "deal". He clearly did not have the correct tools to do his job right. Absolutely would not recommend him to anyone wanting their piercing done correctly the first time. Waste of money considering I could've done exactly what he did at home by myself (considering I have on my cartilage on the other ear). Ridiculous!!!

And will not do it!! Don't know anyone that gets paid for doing nothing.
