Mitch plumbed my entire remodel project and did an excellent job! Made himself available so the job could be done timely.

This company Was out to my rental property a month and a 1/2 ago and we have been trying to reach…read morethem for 3 days because the work that they did obviously did not hold up and my renters are having water in the basement with terrible sewer smell. Both of us have been trying to contact them and I finally received a call back. The owner said that their office is closed due to someone contracting the covied 19 disease. And that they were not gonna come out to the house to fix anything. They did not give me any time line or say that they could offer me any kind of service for this problem. When I said that it was a possibility that something they did did not hold up they got upset with me and said I should not jump to conclusions and I should just call another plumber because there was nothing that they can do. I paid $1100 to these people for all the work that they had to do out there and a month later it's not working and they won't even make any effort to fix it now. I am very disappointed

We were assigned this contractor by AHS. First contact was prompt and we were hopeful. It all…read morewent downhill after that. On the first visit, the technician told us he had "found a small blockage." Looking back, I still do not understand how that conclusion was reached because no equipment was used to inspect or clean the lines. Instead, he poured Thrift drain cleaner down several drains, including through the garbage disposal. I later learned that this type of product should not be used in a garbage disposal because of the potential to damage metal components. At the time, we assumed the problem had been addressed. It had not. The very next morning, sewage was once again backing up into our basement. We contacted Earl's and were told that the lines had been cleaned. We explained that this simply was not what occurred during the first visit--no snake, camera, or other equipment had been used on the sewer lines. That was the first point where we began seriously questioning the accuracy of the information we were being given. The technician returned for a second visit, this time with a small snake. He attempted to work on the main lateral line and told us he could not go any farther because he had "hit concrete." He then told us a camera would need to be run through the line to determine what was happening. Unfortunately, Earl's camera was supposedly broken. We were told they did not know when it would be repaired and that two other customers were already waiting ahead of us for camera inspections. The visit essentially ended there--with an unresolved sewage problem and no meaningful plan for how or when it would be addressed. By day three, our frustration had grown considerably. We contacted AHS ourselves and were told they could not move forward until Earl's submitted its report. When we contacted Earl's and explained what AHS had told us, we were told, "That's not how it works."

So easy to work with. Excellent workmanship. The end result far exceeded our expectations…read more Reasonable price.

We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel, flooring, window, and railing after a house fire…read more Chad ripped us off and did shoddy workmanship. Nothing in the kitchen is level, counter tops already craked once. Kitchen cabinets were terrible. They were supposed to be custom Amish builet cabinets. The cabinets came in with sawdust under the paint and so many dings and dents. They weren't even the cabinets that we ordered. They hung the cabinets at all diiffernt heights in the kitchen. Not one thing is level. So many more things to mention. They put caulk over the entire backsplash after the original grout they put in failed and was failing out. Cracked cabinets during install and then "fixed them" with caulk. I aill attach the many pictures, We have given them 18 months to fix things they ruined and they are refusing to take responsibilty. Chad said he, "went above and beyond." Stay far away from these scam artists. All their good reviews are thier family/friends. The pictures were were shown beforehand, that they have on their website aren't even real kitchens that they completed. They also put dings into our new dishwasher with a ladder and refused to fix it because they had already replaced the vent hood that they dented. The floors were installed the wrong way and hav a weird metal transistion dtrip from the hall to the bathroom because they floor person started from 2 oppsites sides of the house instead of working only in 1 direction. It has been such a mess and Chad and Travis wont answer texts or calls. They also completely ignored us when we have asked for insurance information and the name of the "Amish" cabinet maker.
