Great cinema....good choice of food etc! But the staff need a course of customer service. Doesn't hurt to smile and have some manners.

Good Wednesday deal but other days can be quite expensive with it being €9.50 just for a teen ticket.

Like the idea of a bar a few steps away from the 'silver screen'? Want a huge comfy seat to go with that popcorn? Step right up - get your tickets folks! This place gets two very enthusiastic thumbs up! There are about 20+ huge and incredibly comfortable seats in this private cinema. There's also popcorn and pelligrino to go with your ticket (or a cocktail if you prefer for a few euro more). And, the films shown are those cool classics of yesterday (like Dracula and Jaws)! You're even welcome to send recommendations to them for future films via Facebook! The cinema is in a great location too - steps from downtown Grafton Street! And, the hotel that holds this private gem is actually a nice spot to enjoy a pre- or post-film cocktail. (There's a comfortable lounge or you can grab a stool at the smaller bar which I prefer...) It's a cozy experience indeed. Get your prepaid tickets by calling or sending an email - and hurry as some films sell out...! See you at the movies!

The popcorn was served in a little cute box and you could pick your own drink off the table. Staff were great and the hotel looks nice. If there was one thing for me to fault and I'm probably being picky but it's that the website doesn't seem up to date with the amount of tickets available. When I tried to buy mine it said there were 6 available but I was put on a waiting list. Other than that the experience overall was fantastic and I would definitely go back!

Went to see 50 shades tonight and i must say they had a fab set up! A little "greys bar" which served frozen cocktails wine etc... It was a lovely little touch especially with all the gaggles of chicks hanging around waiting to see Jamie in the nip!!! The only thing that lets this place down is the ladies toilets! It was a delightful watch in this charmless world mostly ruled by monsters as WW3 (which has started - economics/natural resources/trade wars) and we will go to see it again very soon. We'll stay north and save £2 each too. I read the view of one critic whose name I don't recall whose bitchy review I didn't recognise and at one point I wondered if we'd seen a different flick. The cinema was clean and fresh and a far cry of picture houses when I grew up full of dandruff, bits of chewing gum, rancid tobacco smells and brylcreem residue. The product was invented in Birmingham England in 1928 and for years was omnipresent around me among boys and men from I could work things out for myself. It and Old Spice. What a combo which I completely shunned. Old Spice was originally targetted at women. I digress so I'd expected our centre near to front armchair seats to push button recline but no. The place was packed and I was surprised to see a kit of young women but not many young men and of course no shortage of us disputably described as 'old'. This was a disappointment but the rain hammering on the roof a few times really marred enjoyment so there's no decent soundproofing: but I'm assured global warming is merely a figment of my imagination if that's wrong drill baby drill may become die baby die. The popcorn and other food offerings like every cinema I've been in are grotesquely overpriced so we brought our own. We enjoyed it but I do think I'll stay north of the border for movies in future.

The staff first training module must be customer service with a smile which they without a doubt scored top marks. They are friendly helpful and patient. The cinema is new so all fittings and fixtures are as expected great and shinny. Cinema screens are good and massive with comfy seats. Screen one does has a small hiss during adverts from the lights but this disappears when the actual movie deigns and manage said it will be fixed shortly. Helpful again :)

They are super friendly and have a realy sense of customer satisfaction! 1* For the place : it is a really neat and clean cinema. The seat are so comfortable! Hotdog, nachos, popcorn, a mix of all, sweets, soft drinks... You name it, they have it! 1* For the treats : this time Cinderella is on and they have some super cute slipper key ring if you get a kid meal. Stillorgan cinema is rarely full, has a great little costa at the front and is always clean. They have recently done up the bathrooms too which is great, as they were a bit dated alright. The screens are not the biggest in Dublin at all, but when you compare this cinema to others in the area that you can't get tickets to, I would like the option of going to the cinema at a whim on a Friday night with a choice of films, rather than waiting around in other cinemas for the next available showing! Its my favourite cinema by far in Dublin, but that is also because its where I spent half my childhood - lots of good memories, which makes me a bit biased. Even so - I would highly recommend it! :)
