Due to medications she was unable to stand and too much for us to support her. We called a United Safety Transfer for assistance. We called at 5pm and left a message. The owner called within minutes of our message. Even though there were no drivers available Curt made sure we could get a ride within the hour. Curt was very understanding, accommodating, and called when her ride was headed to the hospital for pick up. Curt was very professional and put us at ease during a stressful situation. They are very accommodating, even when I might have to make à last minute appointment. Fred is my contact person and my usual drivers are Alex and Marat and they are excellent! I have had a few other drivers and they have been wonderful also. One of the drivers usually stays with me to assist me at my medical appointments and this is very reassuring If you or a loved one needs this type of service, it is great to have Alpha Medical Transportation to make your situation a little easier.

When I called him after 30 minutes of waiting, he said that "I need to be patient and wait." The drivers were good humble people and offered great service; but the owner makes the decisions on where to send the drivers. This is another one of those shady company run by an eastern European who cares more about making money then customer service and then when you call him he will tell you "you need to wait and be patient" and hang up on. Not reliable at all. Stay away or be ready to wait for hours on end for a pick up.

Months later I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that I should not have had to pay them anything so I had to call their office for a refund. I just received the refund.
