They are very accommodating, even when I might have to make à last minute appointment. Alpha is always professional and punctual, however, it is the care and compassion that really makes them special. Fred is my contact person and my usual drivers are Alex and Marat and they are excellent! I have had a few other drivers and they have been wonderful also. One of the drivers usually stays with me to assist me at my medical appointments and this is very reassuring If you or a loved one needs this type of service, it is great to have Alpha Medical Transportation to make your situation a little easier.

This is another one of those shady company run by an eastern European who cares more about making money then customer service and then when you call him he will tell you "you need to wait and be patient" and hang up on. Not reliable at all. Stay away or be ready to wait for hours on end for a pick up.
