**Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service**…read more I originally left Lewis Air a 5-star review in December 2023 when my AC unit was first installed because I believed they were a professional and reliable company. Unfortunately, my experience nearly three years later has been extremely disappointing. During periods of 100°F+ heat, my AC runs continuously, day and night, yet the indoor temperature cannot drop below 83°F. I contacted Lewis Air, and they sent a technician who charged us $100 for a service visit, performed some diagnostics, and told us everything was fine. However, the problem remained unresolved. We called again, and a second technician came out and made some adjustments. While this improved the situation somewhat, lowering the indoor temperature by approximately 5 degrees, the AC still runs constantly, and the lowest indoor temperature we can achieve is around 77°F. What has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-up and customer service. We have called repeatedly over several days, sent emails, and been told that someone would get back to us. Yet, we have received no meaningful response or resolution. Our attempts to get help seem to be met with silence and unanswered calls and emails. I gave Lewis Air a 5-star review when they installed the unit, trusting that they would stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust.
