He texted me to call him, so I did, but didn't reach him. The next day I didn't hear from him until much later, and by then, I'd booked someone else. When he texted me, I let him know that I'd chosen someone else. He apologized for being slow to respond and being abrupt in his texts (they were testy) and asked if we could start over. I told him it wasn't an issue, but I'd truly booked someone else. Then he started complaining that he was getting attacked by AI and it was a crime, and it was hard to know if potential clients were real. I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else. Instead of blowing him off. I was nice, and he is throwing four letter words at me. I would find someone else who is more trustworthy, reliable, knows the difference between a computer and a real person, and knows how to treat potential clients. How will he treat you inside your own home??

I had a few simple repairs done in my home. I was not home at the time of the completed work but my…read morefiancé was home. He unfortunately doesn't notice defects like me. When I got home and saw the work I was not happy. I called and texted the owner and sent pictures of the sloppy work. Did not hear back that day or the following day either after calling and texting AGAIN. Finally emailed him that evening after 24 hours of no response. He reaches out and asked I send photos (which I already sent the day of the repairs). He called me the next morning, but maybe that's because I threatened to report this horrible job to the BBB. He didn't even apologize or elect to discuss the repairs or my concerns just scheduled a time to fix the poor job. To my surprise he sends the SAME handyman to come back out. Same handyman came back out and was defensive about his poor work and overall this made it a very uncomfortable situation. He fixed his sloppy work which was better. Sure. Was it amazing, not really but way better than his first job. Did the owner ever follow up after that? Nope! Does it seem like he cares, not at all. Honestly a good business owner would address the concerns in a timely manner and maybe even come out himself to fix the sloppy job but I guess he's too busy turning and burning jobs. Overall, If you want quality service and RESPONSIVENESS I would not recommend this company.
