As you probably know it's difficult to find good contractors for a kitchen remodel. Ben was recommended to us by a friend, and we can 100% recommend him to others. He and his crew have an attention to detail and are very meticulous in all aspects of the job! So many contractors just wing it, and the results speak for themselves. Randy, Jordy, and Ben carefully think through a problem and then give you options so you can make an informed decision. They took our dated kitchen from the 80s, and gave us a beautiful show piece for us to enjoy. Every cabinet is square and level, every door/drawer is perfectly lined up. Every nail hole was patched, and every imperfection was fixed. My wife is very picky and she was so pleased with the results. I wish I could give SCWP more than five stars! read more

We are writing the review a month after the amazing and professional renovation that John, Ben, Geordie and their wonderful staff did for us. This is a house built in 1964. The renovation included all the rooms, kitchen, baths, attic, wood closets and patio. The planning was ours in collaboration with Ben who led and managed the execution. Communication with the company was perfect - at any time and at any stage we received a quick response to questions and requests. We continued to receive an update that included photos and video on the progress. Note that we lived an hour and a half drive from home and could not be present often. The contractors finished the renovation before the pre-arranged date!! The workmanship was perfect and stunning in its beauty as can be seen in the photos. The finish is done with meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution - every request of ours was answered quickly. They accompanied us closely in the move to live in the house and fulfilled every request of ours. Without a doubt we got a premium service. We have previous experience and have never encountered the dedication, professionalism and humanity as in the current renovation. The contractors became our friends. Thank you for the wonderful work and the perfect result that we enjoy today. read more

Ben and his team are THE most professional contracting team I have ever worked with - hands down. You'd think that the level of professionalism, communication, and timeliness would cost a fortune, but their prices are very fair. They do not cut any corners, are very thorough and detail oriented and every crew member was personable and respectful - what more could I ask for in a crew? I've documented their process on my personal VLOG here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBHGhC51QFk read more

I was looking for a standard repaint to prep my condo for sale in Aliso Viejo. As an investment property, my goal was to keep cost down while maintaining a clean/sharp look. I called a few places, but what made me settle on Wet Paint was two things. Price, and the conversation with Ben. He seemed to care more about his work and reputation than simply completing jobs. My feelings were right on. Ben cares about the finished product, and that's about all I can ask for when it comes to peace of mind i.e. not having to micromanage the process from start to finish. Good experience, read more

Benoist and his team did an amazing job; prepping, detailing the edges, covering my furniture with plastic tarps, and ultimately cleaning up after the project was completed. I reached out to my realtor for a professional, fair priced painter I could trust. My realtor recommended Benoist and his team. I was living in Indiana and allowed Benoist and his team paint my home in San Clemente without me ever meeting Benoist. If you are looking for a; fair priced, trustful, very detailed, shows up when he says he will show up, accommodating paint company, THEN Benoist and his crew are the right option for you. read more

Ben was a pleasure doing business with for the past week. Jordie, Nation and Austin were very professional and friendly. Their work stands above with attention to detail and neatness. They were always prompt, and a couple of days even stayed late to finish painting a room never complaining or rushing. I have been searching for a painting company whom I could trust and would refer and wet paint is definitely that company. I will be using them again to do some more work. Jordie and Nation did most of my painting and they both are extremely hard workers and very talented and experienced painters. Thank you! read more

Sometimes blind luck can workout great. We were looking for a painting contractor to get rid of the old acoustical ceiling in a house we planned on renting out. I stumbled upon SCWP. I liked the reviews they were getting so I called Ben. Long story short: not only did we contract with Ben for the ceiling work we turned him loose on the complete remodeling of the 1973 era house in San Juan Cap. Ben and his crew were phenomenal! Great communication, fair pricing, and great work. Ben returned all calls/texts regarding the work as we three siblings were remote. Ben took photos of the work in progress and of completed tasks then sent them to us. Ben was accurate and quite fair in his billing/invoicing. We couldn't be happier with this project, and will be using Ben in the future. read more

My 4000 square ft house hadn't been painted in almost 30 years. There was also some stucco work and some chimney face work. Ben was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate. We had a second walk around to make sure that all the details were agreed on. The work started on the day promised. The painters were very professional. Detail was wonderful and neatness maintained. Also the painters were very approachable. I have nothing to say but positives about the workers. When it was completed SCWP emailed me a bill. There was no fuss, no arguments. read more

John came to our house to get the measurements and give the estimate for the work we were planning to do on June 9th. He supposed to provide the estimate on that weekend. First he said he was very backed up and need a little more time. After several text messages and VM he did not even care to respond nor provide the estimate as of today. I would totally understand if you call and say you are busy and can not help but not returning to any messages and ignoring a customer is not acceptable. Not sure what kind of professionalism this company has. I guess my home is not good enough for him to care and respond. Very disappointed. read more

Benoist and his team are fantastic. They have great attention to detail and communicated clearly. I highly recommend their services without any reservations. My house looks and feels like a model home. read more

Excellent service, excellent results, and a better price than the 8 other painters I called. Ben delivered exactly what we needed for our interior paint job with less than 48 hours notice. He is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and solution-oriented. We will definitely work with Ben and his team for future projects. read more

I discovered that Ben has his contractor's license when his team painted a guest bathroom. I had him return to remodel my master bath, because I found him to be responsive and meticulous. He tackled the planned changes as well as resolved the problems encountered. He built a false wall to hide a pipe and made the too-large vanity fit the space. I am delighted with the outcome! read more

Bens team came out last year to my job to perform various duties. I had a miscommunication with Ben this year. I was refered to ben, the owner of wet paint and so glad all was true. Im a realtor in Capo/ San Clemente and have personally used him 4 times for drywall & paint. Our house sold and onto another project. I am having him come all the way to Vista onceagain. Ben's crew was super and very tidy. I am an expectant mom and of course was in a rush to get my nursery painted!!! I got lucky with Bens availability. He came right over that night to give me an estimate, then showed up on time the next day for work. He made helpful suggestions as we uncovered some really old wall covering!! I usually paint myself so it was hard to pay for the service but it was well worth it! He also installed beautiful case and base for me. Looks better than any room in my house. Even my husband made sure i kept his number which is huge :) Thanks Ben!!! read more

Great company. These guys are professional and clean cut. Reasonable prices and fast work as well. Highly recommend this small company. I appreciate the work ethic and honesty compared with other contractors I have dealt with or heard about. read more

Ben arrived at my home, both for the estimate and the day he was going to paint, exactly on time. He is very pleasant and courteous. I asked his opinion on some things and ended up taking his advice and I'm glad I did. They cleaned up when they left and you would never know anyone had been painting. After he left I noticed a problem with one of the ceiling light bulbs, and without hesitation he drove all the way back to La Habra and fixed the situation (actually arrived early). I think he is honest and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him. read more

I've been tardy in writing this review. Ben and his crew have done a lot of work for us over the past couple of years including wood repair, stucco/masonry repair, drywall and texture work, and painting. One job that stands out is spray painting our stairs, which is a multi-day, dirty, dusty job. It turned out beautifully and all the dust was gone when they were. Everything has been completed very professionally, and for reasonable prices. His staff is the best - polite, on time, and clean up well when they finish. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest contractor. read more

Ben and his team at Wet Paint are wonderful! They go above and beyond! They not only did a fantastic job painting my rental unit, but they hung new blinds and cleaned up slider and window tracks. When I mentioned I couldn't find a housekeeper on short notice, his team jumped in and did it! What a terrific work ethic and "can do" attitude. Ben truly takes pride in his work and it certainly makes a difference. I've had other painters for this unit, but none were as neat and clean as Wet Paint. He's now my preferred painter for all my properties! read more

We originally hired Ben Maury and his crew to paint one exterior wall needed after some repairs. We interviewed several painting companies and Ben seemed the most competent and trustworthy. Because we were so pleased with the initial work we extended the painting to include 2 more sides of the house as well as garage repair/painting and gate repair. The entire job took 2-3 weeks to complete due to the additions. We found Ben and his team to be conscientious, very efficient and extremely clean. While he was not the cheapest we feel he was the most effective given the quality of work we demanded. I plan on hiring Ben for any further work read more
