We are writing the review a month after the amazing and professional renovation that John, Ben, Geordie and their wonderful staff did for us. This is a house built in 1964. The renovation included all the rooms, kitchen, baths, attic, wood closets and patio. The planning was ours in collaboration with Ben who led and managed the execution. Communication with the company was perfect - at any time and at any stage we received a quick response to questions and requests. We continued to receive an update that included photos and video on the progress. Note that we lived an hour and a half drive from home and could not be present often. The contractors finished the renovation before the pre-arranged date!! The workmanship was perfect and stunning in its beauty as can be seen in the photos. The finish is done with meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution - every request of ours was answered quickly. They accompanied us closely in the move to live in the house and fulfilled every request of ours. Without a doubt we got a premium service. John came to our house to get the measurements and give the estimate for the work we were planning to do on June 9th. He supposed to provide the estimate on that weekend. First he said he was very backed up and need a little more time. After several text messages and VM he did not even care to respond nor provide the estimate as of today. I would totally understand if you call and say you are busy and can not help but not returning to any messages and ignoring a customer is not acceptable. Ben arrived at my home, both for the estimate and the day he was going to paint, exactly on time. He is very pleasant and courteous. I asked his opinion on some things and ended up taking his advice and I'm glad I did. They cleaned up when they left and you would never know anyone had been painting. I've been tardy in writing this review. Ben and his crew have done a lot of work for us over the past couple of years including wood repair, stucco/masonry repair, drywall and texture work, and painting. One job that stands out is spray painting our stairs, which is a multi-day, dirty, dusty job. It turned out beautifully and all the dust was gone when they were. We originally hired Ben Maury and his crew to paint one exterior wall needed after some repairs. We interviewed several painting companies and Ben seemed the most competent and trustworthy. Because we were so pleased with the initial work we extended the painting to include 2 more sides of the house as well as garage repair/painting and gate repair. The entire job took 2-3 weeks to complete due to the additions. We found Ben and his team to be conscientious, very efficient and extremely clean.
