The kids I took care of loved going to this location. There were so many options to play with. They particularly liked the grocery store, The options of toys to play with at the veterinary section, the firetruck, pirate ship, piano and the metal gravity balls in the back. I would advise parents and caregivers to keep a close eye on your kids in the section where the metal balls are because those balls can be dangerous when lots of kids are playing with it at once. We ended the day with getting something from the gift store, which the boys were happy that they were many options to pick from. They want to go back again so I guess it was a success.

A nice place for young kids (not older than 5 y/o). A great variety of toys, play areas, different art mediums, and a mini cafe to buy food. Open play price is about $23/child and then $7/adult if I remember correctly. I appreciated that they didn't charge much for adults because that would have been a rip-off. Although there was a good amount of toys, I'm not sure we would come back though. It was underwhelming. There are bathrooms. Staff work hard, walking around tidying up different areas and switching out the art supplies. That was nice to see. They also do birthday parties and have private rooms.

Temps are freezing and finding entertaining indoor activities for my 1.5 year old is top of mind! Imagine That is basically the largest playroom you could ever imagine and you could spend hours here if you wanted to play with everything. There are several different climbing areas, a large pirate ship, a kitchen / grocery store area, a music room, a big fire truck, mega train sets and light brite and so much more. My daughter was a bit overwhelmed at first (it is sensory overload) but by the end of our time we couldn't get her to leave. On a Saturday it was pretty crowded. They do a ton of birthday parties and several parties were going on at once. Admission is $22 for a child and $7 for an adult. No outside food or drinks are allowed in, but they have a snack bar with a bunch of options. There are lots of imaginative play aspects that I could see my daughter enjoying when she is a bit older. But for now this is a great spot for her to run around and explore. I'll definitely plan to visit again at some point over winter!

We brought our daughter here a long time ago, for a friend's kid's birthday party. It was great back then and I'm sure they've incorporated more interactive toys and activities since then. This is a great idea for a party venue or even just to bring the kiddos for a day of fun and learning. The best part is that they get to touch everything! They have costumes for dress up and these huge fixtures, like a pirate ship with a slide and fire truck to play around in. We loved the musical instrument section and the different area for pretend play, like grocery shopping and playing doctor. There was an arts and craft section but at that time our Little was too little. They had Rodys and little toys she was able to ride on by herself. This was the first place she ever slid down a slide. She had a great time and so did we, as parents, being able to play along with her in a safe, child-friendly environment. If ever in the area again, I would definitely want to take her. They're pretty far from where we live. Our friends lived in NJ at the time of the party. It's apparent, based upon the pictures, that they've improved on what is an already really awesome facility.

Great indoor space for kids with a huge amount of different activities to choose from. This is a great place to bring little ones to do everything from arts & crafts to games to climbing gyms and lots of other toys in between. In short, if you want to burn a toddler out, this is a place to do it. But it's also a great place to have them be creative and have plenty of fun along the way. The place is fairly clean and extremely spacious. I'm a big fan of the variety of activities, it really is impressive how much there is to do here. There is also plenty of space for parties as well. I didn't have any issues of customer service problems that some reported here. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The fact they also had some weekend entertainment was a nice bonus.

PARENTS PARADISE ! Is what this place should be called . Or Parties R US . Huge warehouse full of toys, activities ,play sets ! Countless themes and settings . Perfect for a rainy , snowy day or just a easy weekend afternoon out ! one price is for the WHOLE DAY . They have 4 separate rooms for your child's party . You have a theme they supply most of the decorations with matching colors . Except Balloons . CHEF on the premises . Great selection of food : sandwiches , pastas , several VEGAN choices for the party and just to order while your kids exhaust themselves playing . The pizza is so good , it should be available for Uber eats . Single dads it's cheaper and better then a whole day elsewhere . Bring your laptop , let your kid runs free . Even better they have LARGE screen TVs and put on the game too ! This is the ideal place for kids to play with other kids . NOTE : there is no signage on the street , to let you know it's the right building . The town prohibits it . The entrance itself needs a much bigger sign or banner. It's def a word of mouth kinda of place .

GREAT space for our daughter's birthday party. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and NICE. It was truly a pleasure to work with Karisa and Cheryl to plan our party.

Cool spot. Big, with many different activities/toys. The interior is a bit dated and could use a freshening up but my son has a lot of fun.

Everyone crowds around the outside of the train until the conductor waves the golden ticket in his hand and invites everyone on board. We chose the slightly more expensive tickets that are meant to be more performers and less seats (I think?) We were in car number four. All the employees do a great job of staying in character. They're all very talented themselves, singing and dancing throughout the entire ride. Everything seemed to be really well choreographed and well planned. Even quieter parts of the train ride were entertaining. Our daughter is only one year old, but she really enjoyed herself. She loved meeting Santa. Don't bring a stroller on board, there's nowhere to put it. Definitely recommend, especially for children between three and five years old!

Adults less so, but parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents will experience secondary joy from watching the little ones become enveloped by this immersive show. The train ride itself is a short back-and-forth ride on a single track with all the windows covered with wintry decals. But no one would think to complain about the lack of a view because the show makes the whole thing worthwhile. A well-trained cast brings the old picture book to life, complete with live songs, snacks (warm cocoa and shortbread cookies), props (that double as keepsakes), and a visit from Santa. The actors and actresses deserve their own paragraph of laudation. The Polar Express employs an entire cast for each train car (including some that I assumed were shared between train cars), and they're incredible. Not only were they high-energy and perfectly timed with the different acts of the show, but they were WONDERFUL with their interactions with everyone in the car, especially children and babies. In my opinion, they're the backbone of the magic that is the Polar Express train ride experience. Online reservations are a must, and be aware that these tickets seem to sell out fast. We booked our tickets in mid-October and were surprised to see so many seats already booked. Tickets reserve specific seats on specific cars, which makes the process of finding seats on the day of seamless and well-organized. Family pajamas are de rigueur and add to the festive atmosphere of the day. The last thing I'll add - a warning really - is to CHECK YOUR GPS closely on the day of your visit to make sure you're headed to the Whippany location. The address is a common one, and a lot of us were accidentally routed to the wrong address. Judging from the fact that this same reminder is printed in bold and underlined text at the bottom of our confirmation page, it seems this is a common error.

Lots of interactive exhibits, play areas and the obligatory climbing structure. Will inevitably be busy like most things on Long Island. Staff is friendly enough however mostly in the background. It was trains when we were there, themed to Thomas the train with both a ton of tracks to play with, as well as life sized Thomas train characters. He had a really great time and talk about a 2 to 3 hour nap. He didn't fully understand everything, considering he is 16 months old, but he did have a fun time while he was there. There is an area for children his age so he can play around there, but I was able to have him run around and play everywhere else. He didn't care for the bubbles area, but absolutely loved the sand corner that they have. There is a little sandbox for the kids so that way toddlers can go and play it if they wanted to. He loved going up and down the stairs and playing in the block area as well. When I first went, I didn't use what the library offered. Which if you put in that you have a library card, you and a child can get in for free for the day. My husband did come with us when I made the day through the library, but considering he got the library card and showed them that he had it, he was able to pay half the price. Which was nine dollars for us. Otherwise it would have been $18. It was a great time for my son and we were there for almost 2 hours as he was running around the place. If you do want to go more often, I know they offer a family packages. I also know that you can get a two-year package and a one-year package. The basic one-year package is $200. Which if that is the only thing you can afford is totally worth it. Especially on days where it is too cold to stay outside or it is raining. I know the other packages offer more stuff, but they are a little bit more expensive. This place is great considering that they do have events each week. That is great for all different ages. This is a place. I will definitely be taking my son more and once I have more kids will be taking them there as well.
