HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Very very rude staff and management. I went several times no issues until I had to ask a question on one of the sessions. They had no idea what they were talking about (front desk). The manager came out and was super rude in her answer and very vague. I said ok think I will skip that. Then I had to listen to why it benefits people. Um, didn't you hear me I said I was to skip that. No biggie, just not my cup of tea. I was asked if I wanted to schedule another session. I said not at this time. Not 2 days later I received a call and VM that was harshly telling me I need to make my Next appt. Nope, not going back! Train your front desk people. On a girl's date night with Ashley, I wanted to try something new and came across this place on Yelp. Not that I need an excuse to indulge in relaxation, but this was intriguing. I was so glad to experience this! The facility is very clean, the staff was super helpful and I left feeling amazing. This might not be for everyone (Ashley could not relax and get into this) but for those who practice yoga or meditation, you'll understand the assignment. After a brief orientation and a shower, you climb into your own personal float pod (naked). Once I found my comfort, I settled in. About halfway thru, I even shut the light off for an even more immersive experience. I loved it! Although the price point makes this a bit prohibitive for me, I'll stay tuned for deals so that I can do this again and bring hubby with me! Def recommend! read more

Imagine Float is a total gem! The staff is so kind and friendly. (Especially the owner, Michele. She's amazing!) They all really make you feel at home and they truly want what's best for you. I've been struggling with burnout and seriously needed a little relaxation in my life. The staff helped me figure out what services would be best for me. There are loads to choose from. I settled on a float and using BrainTap. (I love to meditate so I thought this one would be fun to try.) Both services were just what I needed! The float helped relieve the tension in my shoulders (from stress and working at a desk all day) and gave me the sort of deep quiet you only get from being truly unplugged. BrainTap felt like I dialed my normal meditation up a notch. I love that it engages both hemispheres of the brain. So cool! I definitely feel more relaxed and plan to go back again. I'm in a season of my life where I need to commit more to myself but I find that hard to do regularly. Imagine Float made it really easy to prioritize myself and I know I need more of that in my life. I've already booked me next float. :) The facilities are clean, quiet, and relaxing. I never felt like I was being rushed to the services or to get out after. The staff offered me a tea menu after and let me sit in the quiet room to hang out for a bit. That extra bit of decompression and transition time was really nice. I so often feel like I am running from one thing to the next and this just stresses me out. It was nice to just sit and enjoy the tranquility. I can't wait to come back for my next float! read more

Nice and clean. Phenomenal staff. Cons: not a lot of space or hooks to hang belongings in shower area of room. No bench to sit in room if you have that need. No dry floor space post shower in room. Community body wash, shampoo/cond vs individual spa scented bottles. No post float lotions available. Byob's. Price point is one of the highest in CT ($85 for 60 min float). Post float relaxation and reflection with tea or water isn't in a private area. Your back in the main lobby. Unable to choose type of spa music prior to float to. I came here with a friend so she could experience her first float. It could not have worked out better. The facility was very clean and neat. They also have the float chambers rather than the pods which are my favorite, but I am getting a little bit ahead of myself. When you walk in, they greet you and ask you to remove your shoes and supply you with some nice, comfy slippers. They then give you the spiel and ask you if you have any questions. If your room is ready, they lead you in and in you go. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I have been to spots where you shove your clothes and shoes as close to the wall as possible in hopes they do not get wet as you shower and dry yourself. Not at all an issue here. This is also where you appreciate the slippers provided. The float itself was perfect. The water was a perfect temperature and the buoyancy great. In case you are asking yourself how does anyone mess that up, it does happen. I have been in a pod that was too warm and I could not just relax and let myself go because I was sweating! It is not until you see how it can be done wrong that you really appreciate this important point. Anyway, after the float the lovely woman greets you and provides you with a tea menu! You can sit in the quiet side room and sip your tea while reflecting. The two of us chatted for at least 20 minutes in there undisturbed. She just checked on us once to see if we needed anything else, but she stressed that she wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Very much appreciated in a world where time is usually money and there are never enough hours in the day. All around a great experience and an ideal spot for someone who wants to try it for the first time. The only negative I had was their scheduling system. They do have online scheduling/booking, which is super easy, but their system is a bit glitchy so at first they could not find my friend's reservation because it did not seem to go through. The woman acknowledged every once in a while it happens, but she worked to make it happen. Her kindness and consideration just set it up from the start. I highly recommend, especially with the holidays coming around and self care something that should always be a priority. read more

This is my HAPPY PLACE!! If you are looking for a great way to relax, recover and find peace, THIS is where you should go! My personal favorite is the infrared sauna. I bring my headphones, read a book and just relax, nice and sweaty! The cryo is great, but I just HATE being THAT cold HA! I will continue to cryo but I will gripe about it! HA! Float is what really got me to Imagine the first time. I love the relaxing nature of it. Finish out your treatment with a quick compression therapy and you're good to go! I would like to start off by saying I don't typically leave reviews. With imagine float I have to share how wonderful my experience was. I've suffered with chronic PTSD, anxiety and severe bouts of depression. I love with chronic pain from a combat injury overseas. I have done so many types of therapy and medicines. My first time floating was astounding. The staff and facility is second to none. I felt extremely welcomed and was given informative direction. Sharing my experience on floating Imagine Float! AMAZING! First the hospitality and customer service were great. Friendly and engaging. They do a thorough job of telling you what to expect. You have your own private room for the showering and the flotation. It's much larger than I thought it would be. I thought I'd feel claustrophobic but didn't. Music and lighting were perfect and you could adjust it. I had something for my neck and ear plugs. Then knocked out. Next thing I knew it was over. 60 minutes goes quickly lol. I felt so relaxed and rested! What I completely appreciated was their intentional offering of the option of Shea moisture shampoo and conditioner for me to use to wash after the float since the float Epsom salt. I have ethnic hair and I forgot my hair products. I'd absolutely go back and highly recommend them. read more

I am blown away by the effects of my Ballancer Pro sessions. The treatment itself is absolutely delightful and relaxing. Honestly, even if it had no noticeable effects afterward, I would still go back bc the squeezing is so nice - like a gentle, unintrusive hug. After a session that I had following having Covid, the lingering swollen glands I had were completely reduced to normal! I recently had another session and my belly is now SO much flatter (it's never been this flat!) and I feel less bloated overall. read more
