I've depended on Imagine Computer, over some 11 years now. This in itself speaks volumes. It's not often you find someone who actually warrants a testimony that will lead others to share this five star experience. Not being a computer whiz myself, it's very comforting to know that any and all of my tech concerns will be met by Mr. Baumgartener personally, with honesty and patient expertise. The latest technology and most cost effective solutions have always been cheerfully brought to my attention by him any time I've needed assistance. Being made to feel comfortable, and never feeling as though my questions are foolish...which I'm sure many of them are... is a bonus! Over time Mr. Baumgartener has worked on our equipment in the shop and also has come into our home to set up and customize equipment according to our needs.
