William was awesome!!! After being disappointed by a repair company that said they could fix my iMac and then never did, we were on our last day in PA before traveling southwest for the winter. William was more than willing to help me in a pinch. I drove out to the other shop (an hour away), grabbed my iMac 27", picked up a 4TB hard drive from Best Buy and William did the replacement. Now you may be thinking, this is no big deal, its just a hard drive, but NO. On the 27" iMac computers you have to unseal the glass and remove it to access the inside. This is a PIA! It takes a few hours and you need the right tools. Along with that you have to be able to put it back together. This is also a PIA!!!! Don't believe me? Google it. Not only did William help me in selecting the best HD for my computer but he did the full repair and data transfer in less than 24 hours!! William has become a highly recommended resource in my book.
