Fifteen hours later! The invoice was sent to me, and it was quick to pay. My laptop is now much faster. Oliver Guzma did the job. He's professional, efficient, and competent. He calls you back within 24 hours time. His response time texting is almost immediate. I will definitely use JLM again because of him.

The first few times I had problems I went to Geek Squad where: - It's far under the rainbow in a dark, dark land - Impersonal - Orcs are nicer - You turn into Rip Van Winkle while you wait for it to be fixed - They want your pot-o-gold. You know the drill, estimate - cha ching, data back up - cha ching, fix the problem (if possible - cha ching + tick tock - times a wasting. $$$ why? My computer was shutting down yesterday and needed it back today. Who doesn't*!? - What would my Facebook peeps do without me? - My Farmville Cow could die! - My Words with Friends, Oh My! I rolled the Dice but didn't want to Crap out! So, I did a Cheese Touch safety cross + 3 and took a chance. Sun rises, birds chirping, choir sings, name scrolls - JLM computers. Got it back same day! They did what they said they were going to do - a novel concept in modern business. No add on cost, no surprises, no Ogre under the bridge & I got to keep my pot-o-gold! It's…read morebeen a while since I've had my laptop checked out and I'm a student so I only use it for a few things, but Dave looked at it personally and got my speed and antivirus software up-to-date. He was friendly, professional, and the store, although almost hidden from the rest of the shopping plaza, was clean and easy to get to. His service on my computer was delivered promptly at the agreed-upon time, and I was called once my laptop was ready. He was also ready to answer any follow-up questions and was quite helpful, even though the service itself was free. As a Testimoniacs expert, I would recommend Dave's Computers to anyone who, like me, wouldn't necessarily consider themselves to be computer-savvy, but needed some professional assistance of the right kind. I highly recommend one to take the opportunity to get their computer diagnosed for free; visiting Dave is worth the drive. Rachael

The paper does not say it has an expiration date, it does not say you have to present it the day you pick up your product and definitely does not specify of any restrictions or limitations on the coupon.     Today I contacted All Computers Go in Chester, NJ, to arrange a remote service call, as I've done a…read morefew times over the last few years. I had also bought my computer directly to their office for servicing once or twice. My primary interaction with service has been remotely executed service calls. The technicians I dealt with were efficient and knowledgeable and always resolved the issues that prompted the need for service. I am fairly certain I provided positive reviews of the work performed. The owner, Umut Bitlisli today informed me that I was no longer welcome as a customer citing reference to a missed call a few months ago. I vaguely remember the scheduled call, but I believe it coincided with a family issue out of state. I guess an offered apology for missing that call was not enough To give some context, I was on "a pay-as-you-go" plan to resolve issues I encountered. I felt the hourly rates were reasonable. All Computers Go has migrated to a monthly plan for businesses of my size. This is entirely within their prerogative to do. When Umut did call me back after I posted my review of their service, he informed me of a change by asking, "can you afford $1000 a month ?" This was after reiterating why my business was no longer welcome at All Computers Go. My question to anyone reading this post is why the conversation was not initiated by saying, " we have to let you know that we no longer have" pay-as-you-go arrangements" with customers." Our plans for businesses of your size start at a $1000 month". This would have been an appropriate and courteous way to bring up the topic without insulting me by dismissing me as a customer accompanied by allegations that his staff complained about me. When I pressed for specifics, he would not provide them. Again, this is not a disagreement over pricing and charges for services. This is about how the owner insultingly handled the situation Umut also referenced to me, " I've helped you out a bunch of times. " 100% accurate statement. My response is yes and I paid the associated charges for those "bunch of times." As this business does, I reside (and do business) in Chester, NJ. You would think a business like this would want to partner with business owners in the community as opposed to creating confrontational situations. A company under leadership like this should be avoided.
