I usually just ask where I should place these packages with pre-paid labels to make the transaction a quick drop off since I don't need the receipt. Instead, this guy greets me with: UPS employee: What's this? Me: numerous packages with pre-paid labels. Just need to drop them off. UPS employee: In a bag?! Me: Why yes, there's a lot of separate packages in here. UPS employee: open the bag.... He then proceeds to have me pass the packages one by one and scans them thus defeating the purpose of creating pre-paid shipping labels and the ease of dropping a ready to go package off. Not to mention his rude tone. Other UPS locations I frequent are always so kind and welcoming. Not this location, except the older lady who is always very sweet. Please make sure your employees don't act like douchebags just because they don't want to work and be proper during that shift.
