The owner Joey recently handled a very last-minute rush order of 200 color brochures, four sets of business cards and 100 color prints, all in a superbly efficient, timely and high competent manner. He also designed the typesetting for the business cards and provided proofs for sign-off in a couple of hours. He then worked late to adjust graphics on our one-page color print to get it just right, to our complete satisfaction! To fix the problem, he would have to turn off our switch, which would shut down all our computers. He would have to come back another day. This ended up being Monday, which was Presidents' Day. My office manager met to let him into the office. She told me that it took Manny 1 hour to drive 2 miles across Half Moon Bay as the holiday traffic was so horrible.
