I have ordered from so many different distributors over the past decade+ of managing/office managing and I have to say that Rangel, after only one order, is already at the top of my list. Ease of ordering, simply email or fax the order in, is superb. While I didn't receive any notification of when our order would arrive, I didn't need it because my order arrived promptly the next morning. Seriously, less than 24 hours later and our delivery is there. Because this was my first order, I didn't know the driver but he knew my name and brought us a bag of chocolate candies! He welcomed me to my work, congratulated on my new position, and introduced himself, knowing that I had just started there and didn't know who he was. Lots of delivery drivers drop off their parcels and move on to the next business on their list, but not Rangel. Rangel not only spent time to talk to us for a second and see how we all were dealing with a stressful morning in the office, but also brought an office of three women some chocolate. I hate to perpetuate stereotypes though so I have to add that the guys from the kitchen saw the truck and rushed up to get their handful of chocolate too. Steve is the one who specializes in the machine I wanted, and he is very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and explained to me all the available options. I have turned to EBS on several occasions in the past to replace failing microcassette tape recorders and transcription equipment, and most recently, to replace a broken Dictaphone Voice Recorder. They have a great trade-in service, where they shipped me a refurbished machine, with a free shipping label to send back my broken machine.
