A nighttime scene of a small urban street with several parked cars along the curb. Streetlights illuminate the road and sidewalk, with buildings on both sides, some with lit windows. The street appears quiet with no visible pedestrians or moving vehicles, and overhead power lines are visible against the dark sky.

I've now had over 10 rolls of film developed by Process One. And the customer service has been amazing. The turnaround time has been one week every single time I've dropped off film, and I've had no complaints from the developing and Dropbox uploading. Thank you Process One

The image depicts a black-and-white photograph of a multi-story building with numerous windows, situated behind a small garden area with ornamental grasses and a fountain. Leafless trees frame the scene, and a sidewalk runs along the front of the building, suggesting a winter or early spring setting.

I am very happy with the quality developing my black and white film, and generating digital images from the negatives. I specially like that I get the negatives back, unlike other film processing services that only return a cd with images.

Horrible quality control from Process One based in Overland Park, Kansas. They let me walkout the door with this damaged frame.

Quality control was horrible. Using theFINDlab for now on to get my work done right by real professionals. They let me walk out with damaged medium format film. I drove nearly 2 hrs to get my work developed and didn't even get stopped to resolve an issue with my film. See attached photo to see what I'm talking about.

I get every roll of film developed here and I love that the turnaround time is only 2 days now! Always good customer service.

I took in old 35mm film I found while moving. Ended up that there were no photos and I was still charged $8.71. Crazy.

Steve was very knowledgeable and super friendly to talk to about film. I will say, the drive-thru/way to drop off film can be a little confusing (was deterred my first time I went because I didn't know what to do), and it is cash only fyi! Steve was also accommodating and was able to load my images onto a flash drive that I brought. Because Steve is the main person developing the film, it can take a while to get your images back. It took about 10 weeks for me to get one roll of film developed/processed, but it was definitely worth it. If you want your film processed faster, I would recommend going somewhere else. But if you are willing to wait and get some great images, I can vouch for Express Photo.

I'm new to town and I have been looking for a spot to get my rolls developed. A friend referred me…read moreto Steve and I was skeptical at first since I was unable to figure out the whole "Drive thru" process. I finally met Steve when I attempted to drop off some film and he is the nicest guy ever. Extremely knowledgeable about film cameras, film, the whole nine yards. After dealing with him I don't plan on dealing with anyone else. Although his wait time for developing are long the wait is worth it for the quality and careful work he and his team do!
