Full Color has been our vendor for printing portraits & artwork for over nine years. Our studio has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Full Color over the years. With the H+H acquisition, their shipping practices, materials used, and ways of communication have all changed - without notice to any of their loyal customers. In the past week alone, every product that we have ordered has arrived damaged (even replacement orders) and completely unusable. Prints arrive bent down the middle, folded, or with torn edges. To date, no viable solution has been offered and our studio is being forced to refund its customers for mistakes made by the Full Color/H+H team. This is the first time in our company's history that we've ever had to do so. I would not recommend using this business as it's changed from a reliable, quality business to an unreliable, uncommunicative one overnight.

Tip, you do have to reserve and pay online first if you do pick-up in store. I've never had a bad experience with this company and their lenses and bodies are all top notch. The owner didn't acknowledge it at first, but her worker told me that he had done it as it should have been but his boss told him to change it. Even though it was done wrong I picked up the frame as I was going to be out of town for a while. I then brought back the frame when I returned to town. When I picked it up again it was framed correctly. However, it had obvious defects--misaligned joints, visible marks, and poor workmanship. I have sent them an email requesting a refund and they are ghosting me. The final product is unusable. I will not be able to proudly display the family historical document in my house. I do not recommend this business for custom framing. I am updating my review based on the owner's response. I did not ever require a 'rush' job. When I returned the frame it was in the middle of October. You clearly put all your other customers in front of me, even though I had paid you in full back in April of 2025. So you had the piece almost 3 months before you worked on it. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if you have never had the opportunity to spend the better part of a day at the court house in Olathe, you will get to do that. I will be filing an action against you in Small Claims Court. You will lose.
