The lady who performed the ultrasound was courteous, attentive, cordial, friendly and very gentle. I almost didn't feel her performing the ultrasound. Overall experience - reassuring, comfortable and calming. Would do it again anytime, if I could be assured of having the same 3 technicians performing the procedures! Even the girl at the front desk was so reassuring and helpful.

After using this business before for a MRI, I was told that there would be a "prepayment " even…read morethough I had excellent insurance coverage. I paid their upfront fee and was later reimbursed some of my money back as it was an over payment according to them. I recently tried again to schedule another MRI appointment and was told there would be a $300.00 prepayment. Really? My benefits cover the cost but they want more! The monetary greed that this group practices is reprehensible at best and a plain old money grab at worst. I strongly recommend using another radiology practice and avoid this place at all costs. Taking financial advantage of people who are in pain and desperate to get results as to their possible health issue is completely, in my opinion, unethical, morally wrong and plain greedy. I showed up for my appointment, but my primary had written the script without the correct code, and initially I was going to have to reschedule. Lisa Gonzalez, who I thought must be the office manager, was determined to reach the primary's office (on a Wednesday when they were closed) and made sure she reached someone who could get her the correct code. She told me that sometimes women don't come back for years when there is an issue like this and she didn't want me to risk it. She kept me there until she heard back and then fit me right in to the schedule. Turns out, she was the one who performed the mammogram! Super gentle and patient----took the time to get the scans right the first time and positioned me so carefully. You ALL know this isn't fun----but she limited my pain with her obvious expertise and care. Fortunately, it was just a lipoma and nothing to worry about. I arrived at the time of my appointment. I planned to arrive 15 mins early, but due to several areas of roadwork on the way there I made it right on time. When I walked in the receptionist told me that I'm expected to be there 30 mins early and she's not sure they can even take me anymore. Another woman walked in after me for an appt at the same time, and the receptionist sighed loudly and put her head down in disgust. She called someone on the phone and complained about how we just showed up and asked if they could still take us. They said yes. It then took the same receptionist approximately 5 mins to check me in and send me back for imaging. While I understand it takes time to check people in and it helps if patients are early I can't comprehend telling someone who shows up on time that they might not get seen. I would expect being told there may be a wait. The front desk staff are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If they have issues that require patients to be that early they should book appointments according to that time. I'm honestly not sure I will come back here next year. It's unfortunate because the techs are amazing, kind and friendly.

Over the phone gave me an up-front total price of $350 for the service I needed, because "using your insurance - the deductible would be so much higher'. Asked twice if that was the full price. Day of, they showed up 20 minutes late, took my payment, asked for ID and insurance. Assured me that they weren't billing the insurance, just needed it for records. Guess what I received a week later - a denial of claim as out of network and a bill for $2200+. They ran my insurance and now expect me to pay them over $2200. Don't fall for the "it's one price and so much cheaper than your deductible' scam. On top of that the report sent to my Dr said that I had no gallbladder. I most certainly do. So their results are as questionable as their manner of doing business.
