Mike and Michael are professional and very knowledgeable. I suffer from drop foot and am on my feet for many hours. I was uncomfortable with the basic hard plastic orthotic. It didn't give me the side support that I needed. Mike had me try a Carbon Fiber brace by Thrive. It is light weight and strong. I am able to wear it well over eight hours with no fatigue. The design is excellent as it gives me the side support that I was looking for. The Velcro straps and cushion pads lasted almost two years. I needed replacements recently and had Jenna set up an appointment for new straps. Michael assisted me and I was done in less than 15 minutes!! Great service all around! Mike is great and super attentive to all of my concerns wether it be just normal questions or issues I may be having, he always has a solution for me. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their first prosthetic or is looking for someone new. Here's a great example of how they treat their patients. I made the mistake of breaking a valve on my socket on a Friday evening. I reached out after hours to see if there was something I could. They gave me a temporary solution AND then had some one come in on Saturday morning to fix it so I wouldn't be without a leg over the weekend.

Many of their prosthetists also have missing limbs as well so they have first hand experience with the difficulties that amputees can face. The office is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it!!
