As little as small details on the pictures she left acrylic on my skin while she was doing the application. she was very messy. Her lines were rushed in. I don't recommend to give your time and money to these people because they don't put their time for it. They only want your money. The simple fact that I came in a slow day and left with very disappointing nails. They have no consideration on the mistakes that are placed. They will let you walk out there and take your money . This was a simple request. I asked for more details, but I stopped there after noticing many flaws and lack of professionalism. I came in on Tuesday for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the nail technician did not do…read morewhat I asked for. My nails and toes ended up looking nothing like what I requested. I called the salon that same day and spoke with the receptionist about the issue. I was told I could come back on Thursday to have everything corrected at no additional charge, and they even allowed me to choose an appointment time. I returned on Thursday at the appointment time THEY scheduled for me, only to be told once I arrived that I would have to pay to have the services corrected. That was extremely disappointing. If I had been told from the beginning that I would have to pay again, I would not have scheduled another appointment and returned to the salon. I came back specifically because I was told the original service would be corrected at no additional charge. The original service not being what I requested was disappointing enough, but having me return based on one agreement and then changing the terms once I arrived made the experience even worse. I expected the salon to honor what I was told when I reported the issue the same day.

I really wanted this salon to work for me because it's very convenient to where I live and work…read more Unfortunately, after giving it one last try today, I had another poor experience. During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.
