There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs.
