Got my eyelashes done TWO days ago and they are Damn near off! I guess Nancy money hungry cause I went today 8/2/24 & asked her to fix it and she said ok and she would have to take it off and redo it and I was gone charge me the same price! Like what??! So this alone should tell u about her work! N the fact it hasn't even been a week! DO NOT waste your time or your money! I went in on March 26, this was my first time going there. I asked for a shellac pedicure, a refill on my full set, and a color change (shellac btw). When I was doing my pedicure they put some kind of lotion or chemical that made my feet burn so much. I told the lady doing my pedicure and she did nothing about it, just apologized. The feeling went away, so I thought maybe it was okay. She proceeded to cut my nails, when she got to my small toe she cut too much, and I started to bleed. Even then I said, okay maybe I had a hang nail or an ingrown that I just didn't know about... the worst part was my shellac full set. For shellac nails they only lasted an hour. I went to dinner with a friend, and I started noticing that the paint was chipping off. I would definitely not recommend going here. Look at my pics ladies and gentlemen. 1 week post shellack nails. I've had this done other places many times & it lasts for almost a month. I also told them no sparkly or shimmery polish...guess what I got? A total waste of time & money-I'm going today to get them done again elsewhere. Chairs also didn't massage! read more

This place is AWFUL. Do not waste your time. The work is mediocre. I could have done better myself. I came in for acrylics and a pedicure. The guy charged me $35 for plain white tips and did a terrible job. When it came time for my pedicure he kept trying to get me to get white tips and a design and jewels and I kept telling him no but he continued to ask over and over. My leg massage lasted all of 15 seconds, literally. He made my toe bleed and then continued to dig down into where he just cut me and it was very painful. For all of this it was $55. I just have him my money and left before I lost my temper and caused a scene. The man was so rude. He didn't even attempt to have a conversation with me. His English was awful anyway so I could hardly understand what he was asking me I wanted. It was just awkward. I will NOT be going back. read more

Starting off the lady I had didn't speak ANY English until it came to the word Tip. She was in a rush with my pedicure. My feet are still rough like they were when I went in. They don't have a good selection of paints also. The lady who did my eyebrows was great. They look amazing. Little did I know (cause I'm not a local) they don't do credit card tips& they didn't inform you until you sit down to dry your toes or nails. They threw a fit about me not having cash to tip them. The lady screamed at me saying "Next time you better bring cash." And "Who doesn't have cash." So don't stop here ladies, just keep walking. It's not worth the money or time. **Update: 4 days after going my big toe is infected. I will never go back her and never recommend anyone to!! read more

This salon is friendly, but that is where positive ends. I won't be returning. First, the girl doing my pedicure hurt me so bad. I kept telling her that she was hurting me but she kept on. I pulled my foot away and she would stop for a few minutes and then go back to hurting me. Not relaxing in any way. Several places on my toes were bleeding. In the end, my big toe was throbbing and starting to swell and bruise. It's been three days and my toe is still bruised and sore. My daughter got a fill. Sign reads $16 and up. Her nail fill ended up being $27. This place nickel and dimes you and doesn't tell you up front. When I asked concerning the prices, the guys response was, sorry, but you're in the mall. Worst place to get your nails done!!!! I went in for a pedicure and the guy burned my feet when he turned up the hot water. My feet were glowing red. I took them out and said it's too hot I'm sorry I can't stand it. He pushed them back in. He then went on about how I should do a manicure and insisted rudely. The is only three guys there at this salon and the only one that is okay is a guy named Andy. But even there is still over priced because the shellac doesn't even last a week. I only have gotten my nails done professionally twice on my graduation days I went for my college graduation and got HORRIBLE service. For one, the nails I got weren't what I wanted but the employee didn't seem to understand what I wanted and did what he thought I'd want. Second, it took much longer than I thought such a simple design would take. He got up mid session to plug in his laptop and talk to other technicians around while watching a bit of tv. He also made me BLEED! I've never had someone cut up my fingers like he did. I thought it was because I don't take care of my nails well at the time, but having my nails done by others now, I've never been cut. He didn't seem to care though and even seemed annoyed I was flinching away from him. I showed my mother my nails and she complained to the manager. The technician only talked to the manager across the room from us in another language while she made excuses. All we got was "if she doesn't heal by tomorrow, we'll fix it". Next day was graduation and of course my fingers were best up but it wasn't worth it to go back. read more
