Michelle was my therapist and John was my Intake Manager and were exceptional. Very professional and attentive and were instrumental in my recovery process with various mobility and strengthening exercises to set me up for outpatient PT. So nice to have someone come to the house and take such great care of you. Highly recommend this company!

SPEAK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AFTER CAPITAL HOME HEALTH COMES TO YOUR HOME TO SIGN YOU UP FOR THEIR SERVICES, IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER THE COST. I spoke with the case manager from Capital Home Health for Austin home physical therapy after my intake by their physical therapist. The lady with whom I spoke called from Dallas and could not have been ruder. She took great enjoyment in speaking over me repeatedly, not allowing me to ask questions, not allowing me to question the referral, nor allowing me to question the number of days authorized. I ended up telling her she was fired after 10 minutes of this. Bottom line, if I allowed Capitol Home Health to treat me as they planned, my insurance company only authorized 3 days of treatment. Capitol Home Health wanted to treat me for six to eight weeks. While their contract states that you would only pay what the insurance pays, and wouldn't have to pay a copay beyond that, in this situation the bill would have been catastrophic and would have ended up being a court case.

Suncrest was highly recommended by the stroke rehabilitation hospital my mother was in after her stroke. I can't say enough positive things about Suncrest! Everyone I dealt with, from the registered nurses to the social worker to the chaplain was so kind, competent and professional. They assisted with all of the medical equipment my mother needed at her home, special food (she had a PEG feeding tube in her stomach), and were available 24/7 for any issues or questions. I recommend Suncrest Hospice highly to anyone needing hospice care for a loved one.

Lauren collected all the necessary records, was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Lyn, RN, was patient and kind to mom and I as she explained the ways hospice would help with mom's care and comfort. we recieved necessary medical equipment the same day, and when adjustments were needed, it was handled swiftly. Ryan, RN, has a calming presence, we enjoy his visits to check mom's vitals and address any medical needs. Kirsten, our social worker, is cheerful and offers ways to get mom social time and outings that bring joy in this difficult time. Paulette, our chaplain, took time to discuss necessary final arrangements and helped ease mom's mind on her journey. suncrest also blessed us with quite possibly the sweetest person ive ever met, Sarah, our aide, who visits mom several times a week. Sarah bathes mom, brings necessary supplies and brings us coffee and sometimes even breakast! Sarah always brings her smile and a joyful attitude. suncrest has made life a better place during the biggest challenge any of us have faced.

Specially a gentlemen, he would LITERALLY complain and roll his eyes saying my dads wounds/situation were too complicated. My dad was sick and bed bound and that's the last thing someone in that situation wants to hear!!! If they treated him that way while I was there I can't imagine how they would've treated him if I wasn't present. After that gentlemen complained and left, later that day we received a phone call saying they could no longer provide services for my Father. My dad was so loving, respectful and even in his situation he loved to crack jokes. He didn't deserve how they treated him. After that horrible experience, my dad started receiving services by Baylor Scott & White and later hospice, and what a difference!!! They literally cared so much that even after my dad passed away they still check up on us. Till this day every time I see an encompass homehealth car passing by it reminds me of this and it breaks my heart. Do not use their services if you really care about your Loved one. Nobody deserves to be treated like they are too complicated too care for.

Whewwwwww I don't even know where to start!! From the beginning I spoke with the Aaron who was a…read moresmooth talker and I should have known then it was going to be a mess. So after being in the NICU and meeting tons of nurses for my trach and gtube dependent child I decided on one. This company stated she could be my primary nurse bc I only wanted m-f. They wouldn't give her the 7-7 after I confirmed with her and she told them as well, they continued to say it would be burnout and she could only do 10 hr shifts. Ok fine! But then I was also forced to have night nursing in my home! Yes forced bc every time id tell them I didn't want it they'd have a meeting at my house or call me saying I am going to want it. So I stuck with it loved the night nurses that I had but it just wasn't for my family so I cancelled. Well that's when shit hit the fan. Our scheduler who was absolutely amazing quit and we had a new scheduler, our case manager switched due to conflict of interest, they received a new compliance manager who never called me back when she stated she would but I'll get to that later. So my nurse had been with us for 1 yr and they were only letting her work the 50 hrs a week. We'll recert comes up and I get a text from Tanya stating she is requesting 60 hrs and zach will get paperwork handled. On 3/6 plan of care stated the 60 hrs but a order was sent to my daughters doctor for 50 hrs and they signed off on it. Me being a reasonable person gave Tanya the benefit of the doubt stating it must have been a clerical error but then she tells them she doesn't remember that. I sent them the text where she stated 60 hrs and the plan of care but nothing. I spoke with Ozzie who is the scheduling sup. No resolution, I called Koco no resolution, I called kathi the nursing sup no resolution, I reached out to don the owner no response. No one will take accountability for this shit show that they have Fucked up! They did offer me 60 but stated I'd have to have a new nurse for 1 day, which I was thinking about but then quickly remembered the negligence on their behalf. I needed an order for everything to even give my daughter miralax but they couldn't even keep my daughters chart up. Both my daughters nurse and I sent them orders over and over which never updated. They had my daughter listed as a 2 while pmv which she is capped during the day, they had a 3.5 trach listed which she is in a 3.0, all of her vent settings incorrect, medications not removed. Had I let a new nurse come into my home and something went wrong while I was at work the nurse had to follow that incorrect plan of care.how is this company still afloat? They are very unethical and do not hold their nurse supervisors accountable. If you look at the reviews it's all workers. Please if you made it this far I implore you to seek other agencies for your children I never want anyone to go through this bc I cannot get the hrs my daughter needs bc of their fuck up. There are other home health agencies entrusted has been great I would highly recommend them I have spoken with the owner but couldn't even get in contact with PHCs owner Don. Shame on you bc you would never want some nurse sup to make that grave mistake with one of your children. DO BETTER!!
