I found Dr. Lee by chance. Since I was in between insurance, I decided to start seeing her. She is…read moregreat as a person, awesome to talk to. She's one of those people I'd hang out with outside of the doctors office. Anyway, when I first saw her she immediately got me on Prozac for my anxiety disorder since my current medication was not working. Then she got me on birth control and ordered labs for me since I hadn't done labs in a while. What I wasn't a fan of was going to her every couple weeks for follow ups. At one point, I was feeling really sick and dizzy and she attributed it to the Prozac and side effects. Not once did she even consider asking me if I could be pregnant. Sure enough, I WAS pregnant because the birth control she gave me failed and I gave birth to a little girl in October. She also saw my husband. Completely beat around the bush when he would request labs that he desperately needed done. She would not let him get it done. She prescribed him some weird diabetic shots that made him super sick. Won't help with his disability paperwork. It was just a mess with him seeing her. We have since gotten insurance and different doctors.

Dr. Lee and Out of the Box really stand out for a comfortable, personalized, affordable experience…read more I especially recommend if you don't have insurance (or your insurance is a hassle). Doctors and healthcare in general can all be harrowing, but Dr. Lee has a small, welcoming office. You can get more comprehensive care in one place, and she even has a pharmacy. Appointments are easy to make and she also does virtual visits via video call. She is very easy to talk to and she has ideas for care that go beyond tossing a prescription your way. Dr. Lee gets to know you and help you decide how to move forward on your healthiest path.

Dr Lee and his staff are the very best. I've been coming here for years and have always had a…read morereally good experience. Before coming to Dr. Lee I had another PCP (also in Woodstock) but I always felt that everything she told me I could of found on Web M.D. No offense but isn't that the who point of going to see someone who went to medical school is to be given something specific? Anyway over the years I have found Dr. Lee and his staff to be super professional, extremely thorough and good bedside manners. Best of all Dr Lee seems to be really up to date on all the latest medical stuff whether its the latest studies on how French press coffee might raise your cholesterol to when one should get regular mammograms... Their location is also extremely convenient and easy to get to on highway 92 near the Gold's gym https://goo.gl/maps/fhNMV23t5Q1bgTu76 with plenty of free parking...

I'm moving on after many years with this practice. I really…read moreloved my primary care physician, Dr. Jiwon Yoo, and had been with her for many years, which makes leaving particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer depend on the practice when it comes to prescription refills and communication. My pharmacy contacted the physician's office on September 13 requesting a new refill for an important medication. On September 27, two weeks later, I went to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up and was told they still had not received a response from my PCP. I called the PCP's office on September 28 and later received a call from their answering service assuring me that it would be taken care of. By the evening of September 29, there was still no prescription, so I called again and left a message explaining that I had been out of medication for several days and that this was critical. I called yet again on the morning of October 1. I continued checking my pharmacy's app throughout this time. Still no prescription and no return call from the practice. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem. A few years ago, I actually had to abruptly stop an antidepressant because I couldn't get a prescription renewed. As I've gotten older, I rely more heavily on my medications and on being able to communicate with my healthcare provider. I don't expect perfection, and I understand that offices get busy. But going more than two weeks after a pharmacy's refill request, followed by repeated phone calls from the patient without resolution, is something I simply cannot risk. I didn't want to leave a physician I'd been happy with for years, but unreliable prescription refills and the lack of communication are a showstopper for me. I need a healthcare practice I can depend on.
