Her tone of voice was very dismissive and mocking. She would benefit from having some more patient interaction training. When asked why she was being rude, she denied it. Never had an issue with any of the staff in the past decades, very disappointed and uncomfortable with this experience. All the other one star reviews for this clinic are all complaints about the front desk staff's bad attitude. I think this is a very telling pattern. As a place dedicated to health care, keeping Stephanie on staff goes against their mission of just that: (mental) health care.
