I highly recommend using their services. I met with Eric personally to discuss my project and received a prompt and thorough estimate. The work was completed on schedule, they attended to every detail with precision and accuracy, plus they stayed on budget with the original estimate. Bensons really went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Throughout our project I had questions and needed Bensons to coordinate with other contractors and they were always responsive to my needs and worked well with the other contractors to make sure that my whole renovation came together to my exact specifications. Zach initially came to our home over the weekend to assess the project of installing ground wiring from our house to the outdoor shed. We were looking to add more outlets and a dedicated outlet for a deep freeze. From our first conversation, Zach was responsive, super-friendly, and was highly prepared both on the phone and in person. After his visit, he provided a quote for the work, and it was half the cost compared to the other company. We set a date and Zach and his colleague were punctual and started the work immediately. Even with some issues they had to overcome and figure out due to the house being older, as well as being very accommodating to our specific requests regarding placement of outlets and panels in the shed, they completed the job in one day - tested all outlets in the shed, gave us a detailed run through of the project and results, cleaned up and they were on their way. Everything is clean and was explained to me in depth, even going over all the buttons on the remote. They also installed wall heaters in all our bedrooms to add more comfort throughout the house, everything looks fantastic and sleek! We are so thankful to have them here today, they did wonderfully and were a delight to speak with and learn from. They left everything super clean and were in and out in about 6.5-7 hours, with a drive from Bellingham to Coupeville we are glad they made it safely! Everyone I was in contact with was extraordinarily kind, patient, and thorough. And very willing to listen carefully and address my concerns. As usual, I wanted weird stuff.
