I found this company through the Home Depot pro referral program. I had them replace a bathroom fan that went out in my house. They were great with the communication. They put me on the schedule pretty quickly and I paid a fair price. The install took longer than we both anticipated. When he was here he had to leave to get some lumber to build something out in the attic. They didn't charge more than previously quoted for it. He accidentally drilled through the ceiling in the process but fixed it and cleaned up before leaving. He was a nice guy and didn't disturb us while he worked. I'd call them again in the future if I need anything done. It was a good experience. read more

Home Depot recommend this company and I had a microwave installed in my kitchen! The guy who installed it was not prepare when he arrived to my house. Once it was installed a few days later I found my brand new cabinets damaged. I did not expect this to happend and I remodeled my kitchen.. The following day the supervisor came to fix the damage on the cabinets that his employee messed up on. When he was reinstalling the microwave, he placed the microwave on my brand new stove and dented the burner. After he was done I didn't notice it until he left and I began cleaning and smelled gas. I immediately called the gas company and found out I had gas leak. I'm unable to use my stove now and the supervisor of illumi-sol did not want to admit he made a dent mark on my stove and did not want to refund my money. I have a Rinnai tankless water heater that's only 2 years old. I recently noticed the scalecutter filter unit leaking. After receiving an outrageous quote ($850) from a local plumber who stated he wasn't familiar with repairing this type of filter, I decided to do some research and fix the leak myself. That ended in disaster. iLLUMi-SOL is listed on Rinnai's website as one of their PROs, and I've had them come previously for annual maintenance flushing. After calling them in a panic, they were able to send a plumber out the same evening! Elu (sorry if that spelling is incorrect) was awesome. He double and triple checked his work to make sure the unit was no longer leaking, and I was only charged a fraction of what the local plumber was asking. True story. I purchased a front door and hired Allumi-Sol to install. Upon starting the work they noticed my frame around the new door was broken. Eusebio and Raphael waited until I got home from work ( my wife was home during the beginning) they called home depot themselves to see if new door was available without wife asking, Once I arrived they took my broken door to home depot. Stayed there with me until I figured it out and got a temporary one. Took the new one back to house and installed it. Anyone else would have bailed. This contractor is a joke they are very unprofessional I hire them to installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors took for ever when they got the windows they did not acomódate with my schedule the day of installation I left them working and when out when I came back OMG I was in shock the windows were small I mean super small and they put them anyway on top of that he did not have all the windows in a way was good after the poor installation they did He said not to worry that he was going to put some 2x2 to cover the big gaps and seal like he was talking to somebody very dumb. I was not going to pay thousands of dollars for a Mickey mouse job Eleuterio Torres the owner got the cheapest windows on market and they were defectives 2 of them did not luck these contractor have no clue how to installed windows he did the windows measurement he did it wrong they destroyed front of my house he have to put plywood on them because he have removed the extra small windows he already installed see photos and you decided don't hire them terrible poor poor workmanship. read more

Elu Torres came to our home in Palm Springs to assemble a Nordictrack GX 4.7 exercise bike. My wife, Cheryl, and I would have probably spent all day, and probably would have been unsuccessful. Fortunately, that didn't happen! Elu called earlier than his scheduled time, and happily that left our afternoon free for other errands. We were told it might take 2-3 hours. I bought a washer and dryer from Amazon and this company was the service provider to do the installation which is supposed to include all the cables, dryer vent, and remove old machines. I bought the new machines they were delivered then this company shows up to install with nothing but a dolly and no parts. When I show them where it needs to be installed (a small stair case no more than five feet high) they tell me I need to pay $75.00 more dollars. These guys are doing work out of there scope, they are not honest, and you should consider purchasing your washer and dryer's from reputable providers that will install them. Very unhappy with this and what a waste of time! Go with Home Depot or Best Buy. Amazon service providers are a joke! read more
