While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

He came out and assessed EVERYTHING--Our house roof, garage roof, soffit and fascia, gutters, downspouts - you name it! He even went into our attic to check it out! Mike was here a few hours talking to us about options. Talk about turnaround, we had quote for everything that night! He was honest with us telling us we didn't need to do certain items. Any other company would have sold us on anything and everything - Mike is not that type of guy, he is honest and direct with what is needed. After dealing with a nightmare of a storm-chaser it was a breath of fresh air to have Mike on site. We decided to move forward with DynaFlow. After choosing the roof color and notifying Mike of our decision, he was out within days for the installation. The guys were at our house promptly at 730am. Mike was onsite the day of to make sure everything was smoothly. He sent me pictures during the day to keep me updated! They were completed in one day. They even cleaned our gutters while they were working! Mike came out a day later to check on things, and he even caulked our leaky gutter! Mike McKenna and his team go above and beyond what is asked. His communication was awesome, always answered the phone or text. Answered any question that came his way! We will definitely be calling Mike in the Spring to complete the soffit, fascia, and gutter work! When someone I know is looking to get work done, Mike/DynaFlow will be the only company I refer!

We had two condo units in our building update windows as well as two back hallway windows, and Jacob provided a highly competitive quote. He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean. Jacob really cares about being transparent and has earned our trust, and I would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone looking to install new windows in their home. Overall, we really highly recommend Jacobs 1 Construction! I cannot say enough great things about the quality of their work, competitive pricing, and their dedication to their customers.

I was a little hesitant with hiring GND at first, but after seeing the work they completed on our neighbor's home and spoke with them and several other customers in the area we hired GND. Efren Gutierrez who handled our job was professional and very responsive. He made sure that we were satisfied through out the process and immediately addressed and resolved and concerns that we had. One of the best things with GND is that they have a public adjuster, who met with the insurance adjuster and guided us through the process. My home was sorely in need of an exterior renovation. 1970's aluminum siding had chalked off the…read morepaint, caulk had either disappeared or hardened like rocks, weather worn soffit and fascia. It was a mess. I carefully researched companies that did exterior work. I ultimately chose Olson on the basis of their reputation of doing high-quality work. Shortly thereafter I met with the project manager (Joe H) and he was helped me get the colors and materials picked and ordered and the project was underway. When the install day arrived, I was introduced two a 2-man work crew that would be handling the bulk of the work. In the course slightly more than a week, they totally rebuilt the full exterior of my home. The results are amazing and the home feels new again! Two things really stood out to me and my experience with Olson. 1). The work ethic of that two-man crew. They worked as hard as anyone I have ever seen. Except for lunch, work was non-stop from sunrise to sunset. This was hard and grueling work, especially the demolition of the old siding and stone fascia. They showed up every day like clockwork, and cleaned up after each day. 2). The quality of work they demonstrated. They absolutely knew what they were doing, and they were very good at it. Everything was installed true, level, without gaps, etc. Caulk lines were perfect etc. Everywhere they worked you could see the pride in what they do, and it was very clear there were no shortcuts taken. These two gentlemen were expert craftsman and I can gratefully say my house now reflects that. It turned out more beautiful than I'd ever imagined. I have never nor will ever receive any compensation for this review. My sole motivation for writing is to share the positive experience I had with Olson. Finding a trustworthy company for a project of this size and investment is daunting. Olson, especially their work crew, deserves recognition for a job well done. I can recommend them without hesitation for their quality work and attention to detail. They should be proud of their accomplishments, and I am proud of it too.

When we contacted Olson they said they couldn't help us and we had to go to Larson, the manufacturer. It is now early October and after having lost the screen multiple times and countless calls to Lowe's and Larson-- still no screen! They now say by early November!!! If it even comes, that will be a 4 month process. No one ever called with updates like they said they would. It's been constant babysitting. We were NEVER told that Olson would not be able to service the door or get parts. That should have been part of the sales pitch. Olson needs to hold their third party sellers responsibility for better service. We bought from Olson, NOT Larson, NOT Lowes. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

Sam and his associates (Vincent Adjusting) worked to get the needed approval from the insurance company. While it took 3 appraisals/inspections, they came through! Plus, Sam was great at working with us regarding installing any upgrades that weren't included with the insurance settlement. We highly recommend New Restoration System if you're in need of siding, roof and/or gutter replacement. On the homeowners' end, the process is simple.
