I went with my dining friend and we both agreed that the food quality was above average with fresh ingredients. There is a bar, an outside area, and it's pool side. You can eat indoors in the air conditioning. This restaurant is located on the 6th floor and you must have a representative card the elevator or you won't be going up there. Street or valet parking only. I thought the whole staff was great. Go up there, order a drink and get a great view of the ocean, it's as easy as that. My mom and I stopped here after we finished our massage at the spa. We got 2 free drinks and 10% off the meals for booking a spa service. The hospitality was phenomenal. We were greeted by the hosted and seated immediately. Our server was lovely and sweet. We started off with our cocktails, Rosé all day, frozen and it was just the right amount of alcohol to enjoy on a hot summer day. We sat inside near the window and enjoyed looking out to the pool deck. This is inside the Hilton. We had breakfast here twice and it was exceptional. Very friendly and prompt service. The buttermilk pancakes were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. You can mix and match them so we got blueberry and chocolate chip together. Omelettes were also perfect and served with whole roasted little potatoes. Very generous portions. I came here at 8PM with some co-workers and while there was no line for the restaurant, we still had to wait 5 minutes to be seated (there was no host to be found so eventually one of the chefs came out of the kitchen and told us we can grab a seat anywhere). Finally, when our server did come to greet us we tried to ask for what are the vegetarian options on the menu and he literally said "the salads?". Even our server didn't know what the veggie options were. Upon some menu browsing, we discovered that there was an impossible burger and a couple of other veggie options that weren't just salads (so it was pretty evident that the server was either new or isn't familiar with the menu). In the end, we opted for a couple of bourbon burgers, a chicken enchilada, and a salad (for our vegetarian co-worker). The bourbon burgers were actually really good and it came with a side of fries which was awesome. I really enjoyed the combination of the bacon with the beef patty (I got mine medium rare). However, the salad that came out was literally laughable. The "salad" was literally a head of lettuce cut in half with some dressing served on the side (as seen in the photo). I've literally never seen a salad served like this and couldn't help but laugh. The highlight of the night was that our vegetarian co-worker actually ended up eating some meat (the chicken enchilada) because the salad was so repulsive and he discovered that he actually liked the taste of chicken. After the meal, I wasn't able to get our server's attention because we were seated outside and the server was inside on his phone. In the end, I decided to get up and walk over to ask for the check (I'm not sure what game he was playing on his phone but tbh it looked pretty fun). We were staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale resort decided to try this restaurant. The food and drinks were pricey but it's expected for a restaurant in a resort. I ordered the tostadas with steak which were pretty good but for the price could of received a little more food. The drinks were good and cost around $15 dollars. For 2 meals and drink we spent close to $60 dollars. We also ate breakfast there. The ambiance was nice it's right by the pool and overlook the beach. I was really surprised that I liked this place since it's in the Hilton on the 6th floor by the pool. We came here on the Monday before Fourth of July. After 9 pm, they were serving happy hour for certain drinks and food. I decided to order the berry smash which was a fruity and great tasting drink. Next, I had the caipirinha drink, also very delicious. I ordered the tuna tartare, and boy, I was in love. The flavor was just perfect and I usually don't order raw tuna. It was super fresh and I couldn't stop eating it. The best part was the service. Our bartender was spunky and vivacious. The bar manager was also friendly and he was conversing with my friends and I, telling stories and jokes. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of delicious restaurants options - seafood, Latin, etc but the pricing is tourist pricing and was going to run $65+ minimum if I wanted a steak entree and a drink. So I ate at the bar at the hotel restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The small plates options are delicious and there's a steak option for $16. I ordered that along with chips/guacamole and a glass of the house wine. The steak was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Maybe 8 oz or so. Well worth the money albeit I wished there was more of it. This restaurant is located near the pool deck inside the Hilton beach resort in Ft lauderdale, FL. We had recently came to this resort for a weekend getaway on the beach and we were thrilled that we did not have to walk too far to have breakfast especially since we had two complimentary vouchers that the resort had given to us. For breakfast they had a nice buffet style layout filled with a variety of different options to choose from most of the stuff is what you would see at a normal hotel buffet like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, danishes, and waffles. Something a little more elevated that they offered was a nice omelette bar that you can choose different toppings and the chef quickly whips it up for you in which I thought was a nice touch. They also had a smoked salmon station as well with different add ons like capers, red onions, cream cheese, and eggs which was my favorite portion of the buffet . Overall I thought that the breakfast buffet was good, now was it something that really blew me out of the water, no but at the end of the day I left stuffed and happy. Let me just finish up by saying that the staff were very attentive and friendly, and our server was amazing! But of course I did not expect anything less from the Hilton Beach Resort. read more

First impression upon entering and being seated: High prices and muddling service. Not immediately a winning combo. First two servers gave us the wrong menus (the old menu?) and appeared to be stoned to the bejesus - on a Saturday night. Young, female manager attempted to right the ship, which was sweet, though ineffective. Music selection sucked butt - like 1960's and 70's ballads. Bizarre. Decor is super nice; warm and cozy. Moving on to cocktails and drinks: excellent. The honey, vodka and sparkling cocktail was smooth and delicious. Pinot Noir was a nice selection; full of fruit and light tannins. They switched servers, the the guy was awesome - he knew the menu and had a great personality. We opted for the three course prix fixe menu (choose an app, entree and dessert). $69 per person including wine - that's not bad in my book. Appetizers were really great - octopus was tender and flavorful, and the house cured salmon fresh and tasty. Yum! Moving on to main courses: tandoori scallops were cooked perfectly, with a nice Indian flavor and a sweet side dish. Above average for sure. Wife had the beef two ways - a strip and braised cheeks. She loved it - and she is hard to please. Perfectly prepared strip and tender braised cheek. Side note - kid's mini-burgers and fries were delicious! Desserts were delicious and well made, although we expected a dessert wine with the course. None came. Oh well. I think the big problem is that the non-Hilton bar and restaurant on the first floor is an amazing scene, and it's just not possible to compete with Hilton employees and chefs - and the canned atmosphere of a motel bar. Overall this is a three star hotel restaurant. It has higher potential, but much of it is unfulfilled in terms of atmosphere and service. We recently stayed at the Hilton Beach Resort, and ate here for convenience due to a storm outside. I have a vegan daughter, which is very hard to find restaurants that can cater to all our tastes. We had the chef come out and talk to her, and he went back and made her a custom order, stir fried noodles with tofu, which was one of the best meals my daughter has ever had! I give 5 stars to the chef who took care to make an excellent meal for her, and the rest of us. Excellent food. This is a laid back casual dining restaurant. It was a little cold inside the restaurant so we ate outside with a spectacular view of the surroundings and pool. We waited about 39 minutes for our food. We are not sure what took do long since their wasn't many people eating. The beach tacos were good but way overpriced for just three small tacos. The lobster macaroni was tasty. We enjoyed the Salmon. The sweet potato fries were amazing but they didn't give us much do my kids were disappointed. However, there quickly became a line out the door. All employees except for what I assume to be the main manager were literally busting their butts to wait on patrons, fill drinks, and restock the breakfast buffet. There were four empty tables that needed to be cleared so folks could be seated. I literally watched the manager stand there, look at the dirty tables, and then back to the line. Rather than assuming leadership, and jumping in to help, he stood there shaking his head, using the phone and pointing out the tables to people who were literally in the middle of actually helping serve clients. He then proceeded to hide out back and we never saw him again. Meanwhile a visibly pregnant sever bounced around carrying 6 drinks and a pitcher. What a disappointing experience.
