I went to ask the person behind the counter if they carried Oren Swift new wine called "8 years in the desert". He had no idea who Oren Swift was which revealed much about his knowledge of wines, or in this case his lack there of. I drifted around for about 15 minutes then promptly left to go to a much nicer store by me, Summer Valley Liquors.

I was helping a 72yo man, an individual with disability (who likes to take couple shots of little rum in the evening). We got couple boxes of those little bottles last Sunday and the attendance (a guy) gave him the wrong ones and no receipt. With doctors appointments two days in a row, we finally made it to the store today (Wednesday) to exchange it - the lady kept saying comeback at noon (it was after 11am) - looks like she was not happy that we bothering her while she was playing/watching something on the phone - so my individual said: "you can keep those drinks but we'll never coming back" and she pushed the bottles and told us to go some place else, yelling at my elderly individual. I asked her to just calm down be little nicer to him, and she yelled at both of us and kept pushing the little bottles. I know we didn't have the receipt but she could be little nicer and be little respectful to others especially elderly.
