Requested a specific bottle they didn't have in stock, and was told to fill out some sheet and they would contact me when they got one. Some time went by and I was never contacted. After Covid I went in search of another bottle of something similar and was met with the same outcome: fill out this sheet and we will call you. Well.....That was 5 YEARS ago and I have yet to be contacted for either bottle.

I had to explain that it is no longer necessary to take your husbands last name, that I specifically choose to carry on my grandfathers last name as I am the last of my line. I had to explain that I had the PIN number on the debit card and he still wasn't going for it, finally had to show him my wedding ring to prove I was married. Wow, is all I can say. Never coming back. Oh and the beer was warm as his coolers aren't blowing cold air.

They offered the same bottle but no glasses (obviously a less expense item) for the same price I already prepaid with my credit card. I countered with an item that was also on my ordert that was slightly more expensive. They said no. I canceled my order and created a new order (as was discussed with a store representative]. As I was picking up my order at the store, I asked if they would get it ready shortly after I placed my revised order online. After roughly 10 minutes I called the store as there online portal was still showing the store has yet to recieve my order. They informed me they had recieved my revised order shortly after it was placed. At this tiem I was informed that another item was not in stiock - this item was on the original order. I was not informed on the first call and only when I called to check the status of my revised order was I informed another item was not in stock. Had to cancel this order as well. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WANTING TO DO WHATS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. OKAY FOR ME TO PURCHASE SOMETHING OF LESSER VALUE FOR THE SAME PRICE, BUT THEY WERE UNWILLING TO TO DO THE SAME.

They have a huge variety of items to choose from and they were the first store I e been able to find a very sought after items I've looked for as we travel state to state! The guys that took over the store in 2005 are very knowledgeable of there products and don't try to sell you something just because it is expensive. I love that they call me by name (not that I go there all the time. hehe) I like the fact that I can describe what I am looking for whether it be wine, beer, or liquor and one of the staff can give me recommendations. Not just one recommendation but two or three. Everything they have ever recommended to me has been very tasty. I buy wine on a regular basis for gifts and I like knowing my gift is going to be enjoyed not frowned upon. I'm sure I could probably find better prices at a chain, but I would rather my money go to a locally owned business with a stand up staff.
