Be sure to order it with vegan noodles if you want it vegan. The ramen came out in about 3 minutes! The portion is reasonable, with really nice, firm, al dente noodles, one piece of bok choy, a few slices of raw tomato, 3 pieces of fried tofu, and shaved green onion. The broth is of course what tends to make or break a ramen, and the broth here was excellent: nutty, lightly spicy, complex, without being too heavy. Really authentic tan tan men broth here. Not exceptional, hence the 4-star review, but damn impressive. I'd prefer some better toppings (e.g., replace the tomato with something like menma, kikurage, or something a little more authentic). Very friendly, appreciative Japanese service. Definitely recommended for great vegan/veggie ramen.

Gyoza waren maximal ok. Bleibt beim karaage und takoyaki Ramen technisch auf keinen Fall was scharfes, dann direkt Standard miso ramen.

FOOD & DRINKS Another day, another visit to a Ramen…read morerestaurant in Düsseldorf. I went with the recommendation and ordered the Mali Tora Soba. The soup was very oily. I would say a bit too much for my liking. It also wasn't really spicy just in case you are afraid it will burn your tastebuds. Instead it was more fragrant and I strongly believe the reason for that is because of the famous Chinese chili oil they added to the broth. In particular the one with crisp chilis. The minced meat did not have too much flavor. Overall it was still a nice bowl of ramen. SERVICE Unfortunately the service felt rushed and busy. ATMOSPHERE Sadly they still haven't opened the restaurant for dining inside. RATING Personally I would only come back again if I can eat inside the restaurant to enjoy the Japanese flair and I would skip the recommendation and try something else. It wasn't bad but it wasn't special enough.

I particularly love how their noodles are made for them in japan and brought in. They have thick and thin noodles but most of their ramen is with the thin. Would like to try the thick kind next time. They have 3 "colors" of signature ramens - white original, red is spicy and the black is the black pepper. I don't often find black pepper broth, definitely enjoyed it. The new spicy broth was also very tasty and definitely love the soft boiled egg.
