It's a nice clean hotel. If you get a chance check out the indoor and out door pools along with the bar and hot tubs there. It's a good experience for both adults and kids. The rooms have these big soft comfortable pillows with a big screen tv to watch whatever you want. On the top floor there's really nice Italian restaurant with excellent food and great service. The views of mt st Helen and even mt. Baker are amazing too. Downstairs in the lobby there's a bar there and a place to get coffee and a bite to eat. I really like to Rueben sandwiches they make there too. read more

I think these pix say it all. What a shitshow. Literally my first time here and this is the first impression. From the outside, it's as close to a vegas vibe you can get from a WA native casino. It's unfortunate that's the ONLY positive. My entire block goes down. An attendant was quick to respond.. then he presses the cashout button triggering a handbag. They said wait. I smoke.. this place is 95% non-smoking. You wait. And they did. I took it as a sign to not to play and threw my player card away. Bad juju. Try again tomorrow. read more

Extremely well-run. Squeaky clean and manicured. Great restaurants and common areas. The only thing to make this hotel casino better would be room service, I do miss that. Other than that, no complaints at all, very good stay. I highly recommend it. read more

This hotel is brand NEW so the rooms are very nice and clean. Very comfortable. They have different density pillows on each bed with I soft ones and thicker pillows. I like a hotel that has a variety of pillows. read more

Enjoyed the hospitality at this wonderful resort. The staff provided top-notch customer service. The food was great, the beer was cold, and the slots were paying off. We had a great experience, and will definitely be back. read more

This is just about the hotel. The hotel is modern but a bit weird. The lights take awhile to figure out how to control, simple light switches would have been better. The floor in the bathroom is super duper slippery when wet which tends to happen in bathrooms. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. There is a fridge, which actually keeps things cold, but no microwave. There is a safe which works well. There is a nice place to keep your large suitcase along the wall. The tub has nice hand rails, but the sides are very high might making it difficult to get in and out of. There is also no place to put your soap in the shower/tub. The bottom of the tub is very grippy when wet which does make things easier. There is only one chair and it is very narrow and very heavy which makes it difficult to move around. There are also a couple of short stools but they are difficult for people like me to use. There are lots of electrical plugs which is nice. The TV is very large, but the remote for it if finnicky and some of the buttons like the right arrow don't work. Everything up until now is just a minor inconvenience, but the really bad part of this was the bed, it did not look like the pictures on the website. It is just a mattress laying on the floor, it is literally one foot off the ground, getting out of it was extremely difficult and one time took me several times as it was the same as sleeping on the floor. read more

My parents were visiting & wanted to do a staycation. Since Ilani recently opened their hotel part , it was the perfect choice as my dad is all about hitting up the casino. The hotel itself was fantastic, very nicely decorated. We were surprised at how beautiful & clean the room was. Not sure if it's because it was new, but I hope it's able to stay this way. There were even complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The gym also still had that new smell. I had been wanting to try out a peloton bike for a while & they had a few in there. There's a cool arcade in there with very updated games. The casino had food pretty good selection of restaurants & a food court. I like that there was a complimentary soda fountain in the casino. The pool was very nice with lots of lounging areas & a bar. However it was full of kids, so it was nice that there were later hours where only 21+ were allowed. It looks like the spa portion should be opening sometime this year. Can't wait to come back again when it opens. read more

I have stayed here at least 10 times. The customer service is always great, the maids are friendly and helpful when you ask for something off their carts. I wish, being that it's a casino, it was less kid friendly. I want to use the pool but every time I come it's packed with screaming children and I am not interested. Would be nice to have a 21+ only pool, hot tub and bar area, or even kid free hours. I came several times and have yet to enjoy the pool. The tv's are big and nice but stuck in cinema mode, which is awful. Makes everything look fake. Wish they would let us play with setting's so we can make it where we like it. You can log in to your Netflix which is nice and it will auto log you out when you leave, however they should add more apps because you cannot watch the other major ones or cast anything from your phone to the tv. I am glad they added some room service options as when it's late night or I am in my pj's and decide I want something to eat I don't have to change. There is a mini fridge in the room but no microwave, kind of a bummer since you bring leftovers from dinner to your room and have no way to heat them up later. The coffee machine is a nice touch, although I prefer to go downstairs to the cafe and grab a coffee. They need to add garbage cans in the toilet area if they expect people to not to flush feminine hygiene products. There is one in the bathroom but not in the toilet area and no where to set anything which can lead to a mess or inconvenience. Overall it's a wonderful hotel, I have stayed many times and never seen any mess or had any real issues. If road noise bugs you you will not want the Mountain View. read more

100000000% will stay again. In all of my travels I have NEVER slept on a more comfortable bed. I wanted to take it home with me. Beautiful room, air con and black out curtains, I was blissed out. Only thing I hope they might do in the future is incorporate room service. Their dining is to DIE FOR. read more

Beautiful hotel in Ridgefield. Best casino hands down. Very clean, staff is friendly. Feels very upscale. Rooms give a Vegas high end feel but better with PNW and Cowlitz tribe flair. Would highly recommend. Rooms can be very pricey is the only down side. read more

This is the closest thing to a Vegas casino near Portland so I had to try it. Not getting the hankering to go back except once a year at most. It was busy busy on a Saturday and they were well staffed for the bars. The dealers were all nice, proficient and helping out with new players to roulette. Cashing out was a little slow but they also have automated machines. Restaurants for sit down are either expensive or aren't able to accommodate the requesting capacity. Many people turned away and relegated to the food court. So glad we did this as a group night out and a couple winners amongst us. read more

I'm not a Casino person, so my review is objective. I was hosted for a one night stay and this is a plush place. 24/7 pool and fitness. Super secure. Lighting in rooms is over the top, with motion detection. TV could be better, no music channel, and apps are difficult to access. We dined on 15th floor. Excellent wine list but they were out of several choices. Menu was limited as the chef was new. The whole resort is new. They could have used better lighting in the dining room. Acoustics were pleasant. Booths and tables. VIP room. Stores and full gambling available. Valet service. Splurge! read more

*Makes jackpot lottery gambling noise* I stayed here on a Sunday evening for my birthday, and really loved the rooms! The beds and pillow are super comfortable and my room on the 14th floor had a view of St. Helens on a sunny day! The room had double sinks, nice toiletries, and nice shower. There is also plenty of modern touches and plugs/USB plugs. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind, and nice table and glassware for a drink or snack. I think the hotel is very nice and separate enough from the casino to relax and enjoy the area but close enough as well to easily make a night out of it. The pool is a little bit of an awkward layout in my opinion but I do appreciate the nice bar, and they were playing great fun music the entire day too. There is plenty of outdoor seating but you feel very cut off from the pool and any views. Drinks at the bar are somewhat pricey so maybe bring your own! read more

We've been here several times before but this was the first time we had drinks at the hotel bar, Lobby Bar & Bistro, for a friend's birthday. It was a friend's birthday and she booked a room. The rooms were so nice and bright. The drinks were good but the service wasn't so great. I had a margarita and my friend was ordering a round of kamikaze shots (4 total) and as the bartender was finishing up with making the shots, a lady named Heidi came up and refused to allow me to have a shot since I had a margarita. I've never been refused a shot/drink from any other establishment for having a drink in my hand and ordering another one. What also didn't make sense was that our friend who ordered the shots, had a Jack and coke in hand and she was allowed a shot... My friend ended up having to take 1 shots since Heidi wouldn't allow me to have the one they ordered for me. I also want to make it clear that I was not drunk and had just gotten to there to celebrate a friend. I don't wanna make this a race thing but I was also the only one that was not white in the group and was the only one refused a drink from Heidi. Will not step foot in Lobby Bar & Bistro. Thanks, Heidi! read more

This is a really nice hotel, even without taking the Casino into account. My only "if only" (so far--I've been hear for almost a week and only have a few more days) is "if only the rooms had microwaves." In fact, I can't find where there is a microwave for guest use anywhere in the hotel. Kind of weird. The beds are comfortable, the room's lighting (especially "relax" mode) is really nice, and they make it so easy to hook your own device up (I travel with a Roku) to the TV. One tip for guests: There is a bar/bistro in the lobby that sells coffee for $3-$4 per cup. Skip that and go to the self-serve beverages center in the Casino. The coffee is free and it tastes better. There are actually two self-serve beverages centers. One is where you first walk in, if you hang left. That one always has the coffee out of service. The other is about half way around, going either left or right along the outside of the casino area. Other than my one "if-only," they really have thought of everything. read more

Other than the comp nights, the TVs in the room only stream Netflix. TVs in the cabanas don't work. The pool is freezing. Several other adults whom I don't know agreed with me. I asked them their opinion. Staff could care less. They need to try swimming and see how comfortable they are. read more

My husband and I stayed in one of there rooms for our anniversary and it was not a pleasant stay. They don't clean the rooms well. I thought there was a tv remote on the floor and I picked it up to find out it was a sex toy. I was so grossed out and will never stay there again. There are so many diseases and they didn't clean the room well or they would have found it. Unless you want to pay a bunch of money and not get a clean room I would never stay here at this gross hotel. I'm very disgusted and they didn't treat the situation well at all read more

We stayed at Ilani hotel last month for our 42nd anniversary. Check in was good and hotel gave a good vibe as potential four star hotel. I gave it two stars due to two gross experiences: First, we went to use the hot tub and found six people in the hot tub. Usually no problem, but five of them were under six years old! Against the posted rules but nobody said anything. I also didn't feel it was my job to do so. One of the kids was even wearing a diaper! One hotel employee came through and said nothing. We waited till the kids were gone to use the hot tub but still felt disgusted due to the diaper incident. The other gross issue was breakfast the next day, at Tom's restaurant. My over easy eggs had egg shells in them. The waiter said that was unacceptable but didn't do anything further. Although the restaurant isn't technically the hotel, it was all part of the experience. I would expect this hotel to do better for the price they charge. read more

This is a beautiful hotel and casino and they have alot of restaurants with a wide range of offerings to satisfy any cravings. The only hiccup was at check in. We arrived at 4 PM which is the stated time on their website. However, the staff advised us that there were no available rooms to check in due to short staffing. As a result, we were checked in at 5:15 and there were multiple other guests whose check in was delayed. Hopefully, the staffing issues are resolved soon. They also really dropped ball on ADA accessible rooms. I booked a Queen ADA room. Their website says this room had roll in showers, but we got a room with a bathtub and no shower chair which made it very difficult for my husband to climb into. We requested a shower chair to be delivered (it should have been in the room already otherwise this is non ADA compliant). The front desk lady who answered said she would look into it, but never called us back. I called again and the 2nd staff member was very responsive and had it delivered in 5 minutes. There are some big disparities in staff and experience. Some staff members were very knowledgeable and professional and some left a lot to be desired. For this price point, I expected a higher level of service. read more
