Me and my friends like the pizza there and their garlic bread is brilliant. They make it nice and the service is quick.

As a traveler from New Jersey, being in this tiny town called Sea Cliff has shown me a lot. For example, Italian pizza has my heart, and I am very and I mean VERY strict about how good Italian food is. I can tell when Italian food is fake and when it is authentic and let me tell you right now! This wasn't just good, this was amazing. The warm cheese flowing as they took it out of the oven made for an excellent dinner. And they don't just have pizza, they have almost anything you can think of from pasta to Caesar salad! It truly was an amazing meal that I look forward to eating again while I am here! read more

Love the food and the family behind the counter. We regularly get the family special: Salad/veggie, pasta, entree and the option for a $12 cheese pie on top. The ravioli speciality slice is delicious but when I'm feeling fancy my favorite is probably the Chicken Francaise personal pie. The quality is a cut above the standard neighborhood pizza place, especially when it comes to items like the Chicken Parm. read more

We love this place. Take out most every weekend. Family owned, fresh ingredients, great variety and awesome food. The eggplant and chicken parm are light (not over breaded or fried). The Sophia pizza with the sesame crust is fabulous. Salads are gourmet!!! read more

I've been going to Il Villagio since Middle School and I have to say it's some of the best pizza I've had on Long Island. The ravioli slice is particularly delicious. It's also a cozy space and the owners absolutely lovely people. Highly recommend. read more

This is our go-to pizza place, because it's always good and the owners and staff are wonderful and friendly. Now with only the takeout option, they are running great specials and we've expanded our selections to the pasta and meat dishes and salads! Great value too, with generous portions. read more

It's gotten hard to find good pizza these days, but Il Villaggio is the real deal.

Best place for pizza within a five mile radius. Friendly staff but a little over priced. Too bad they are closed on Mondays.

Remodeling is finished on the pizzeria space. It's roomier, airy, bright.

Without a doubt, best pizza in the area....a little over priced but given the quality, location and mixed traffic it's expected. Inside has a nice, clean, usually uncrowded seating area. Other than pizza, the rest of the menu gets high marks also. Overall great & friendly Italian spot, perfect for eating in and taking out. The only small negative is they keep inconsistent hours. If you're not sure, check if they are open before going. read more

We love this place for take out - We always get the same thing and our dishes are consistently good. I get the eggplant hero - it's great - the eggplant is not breaded and fried :) and Jeff gets the eggplant rollatini. Great for a fast, casual meal....Oh, and they have GREAT pizza too! read more

Honestly, the people writing these reviews must be the owners or family or friend of the owners. The pizza is not good and they definitly buy the cheapest ingredients from thier wholesaler. It is very easy to tell. Nice people here but the pizza is not good at all. I think the other food is ok but if they did a "grand reopening" and spent more on thier ingredients it would be good and they would not have to be creative in offering breakfasts or sushi to earn extra money. I know me and many, many others in the neighborhood have to travel miles to other pizzerias because the quality there is simply much better. It would be much easier to order from a place down the block and I bet they could dramatically increase thier business if they improved the quality of thier food. read more

I have been ordering food from here for years and have been satisfied. But recently it was the pits. The order was eggplant parmesan, fried zucchini sticks and a mini pie. They were the worst zucchini sticks (soggy and over-battered) I've had in years. The pie was only warm, not hot and not flavorful, and the eggplant dish was very ordinary. For a $28 takeout dinner, I require better food. I don't know if they are new owners, and I don't care. If you can't cook, stay the hell out of the restaurant business!!! I'm not going back. There are PLENTY of pizzarias around here. read more

Lazy, awful, tasteless, cheap yet overpriced food. I got suspicious the first time I ordered-in from this place and the food arrived in less than ten minutes. Why suspicious? Because my entree was obviously frozen and and then microwaved or blast-heated. Not fresh. Not good. Okay, I thought, it's known for its pizza, so wanting to give them another chance, we ordered a large anchovy pizza with anchovies. They made TWO anchovies spread out over an entire large pizza. So basically, it was just a margarita pizza with a broken piece of anchovy on every other slice. But the coup de gras came when I gave them a third chance. How wrong could you go with eggplant Parmesan? Again, the order arrived in less than ten minutes (again, obviously pre-frozen, as nobody can make and deliver eggplant Parmesan in this time), and it was awful. Two floppy slices of eggplant smothered in processed cheese. I asked for the pasta version, and it came with what amounted to a cup of tepid zitti. If this had cost me six bucks, fair enough. But this cost FOURTEEN DOLLARS. I heard that this place was once good. Well, it's obviously not any more. Instead, order from the nearby Tre Sorellas. Fantastic place with fresh, delicious food. read more

Just paid top dollar for the worst meal from this place. Walked in, ordered a pie and calamari, waited for it, drove 8 minutes home and the pie was ice cold! Apparently the pie was just reheated instead of made to order.To make matters worse, the calamari, although hot, was super greasy and tasted like it was fried in burnt oil! Great food, and highly recommend the chicken parm. The staff is very friendly, and the new renovations are really nice! The restaurant side is also very nice, the only complaint I'd have is the restaurant menu is puny. read more
