When our world was turned upside down during COVID, the studio was quick to adapt and pivoted to online virtual classes. I was able to continue my practice from home under the supervision of Deanndria and more recently, Shelby. Shelby has created a fun, online environment that presents new challenges each session. She is able to offer suggestions and corrections throughout the class. I know when I return to the studio, I will not be starting all over! The studio is cozy and comfortable enough to make you levitate during the class. I jump into the advanced reformer bed, which is secluded in the corner, giving you privacy and the perfect space for you to focus on your session. The ray of light from the sunset hit me while pulling the class, keeping me warm and active during the entire exercise. The studio faces Douglas Park full frontal, which blends harmoniously with the natural spirit of a Pilates class. All these elements combined provided me with the gracious spirit of a tribal Pilates experience, making me wonder if I would be floating on air while I was swinging through the stripes through the Douglas trees. Dr. Gareth paid attention to all details and was on top of our class at all times, combining several exercises and making sure we obtained a complete workout. I would like to try more sessions in this space, as I think the environment makes it unique to capture an unplugged workout routine.

The exercises are ones that include important muscles that I may not think to train at the gym, but are still important for mobility and to prevent joint pain. My favorite class is the Butts and Guts one because I feel like it's a good full body workout. The studio itself is really beautiful and all the teachers are very patient and knowledgeable. The parking is a hit or miss, you can usually go inside the parking lot. I often park on the street as that is easier.

The smaller group made the session feel really personalized and focused, which I appreciated, especially for a workout where form and control matter so much. The instructor, Ophelie, was very nice and welcoming. She offered clear cues and gentle corrections without making it feel intimidating, and the overall vibe in the studio was calm but motivating. The space itself is clean and modern, with a good atmosphere for zoning in and getting a quality workout. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the drive it's a bit out of the way for me personally. But if you're closer to Coconut Grove or don't mind the commute, Tremble is definitely worth checking out for a more intimate, focused class experience with a great instructor like Ophelie.

The owner attended to my very first request within minutes (that never happens in Miami) and made the absolute best recommendations for my recovery. Every instructor and PT is incredibly knowledgeable and sincerely invested in what they do. The environment is welcoming and friendly and HELPFUL! They accommodate every level and ensure that you learn the proper way to practice while being mindful of injuries, etc. I am grateful each day that I made the decision to join.

This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. Kathy has years of Pilates teaching experience, having trained with some of the original Pilates "gurus". She is expert at movement analysis and I really appreciate her ability to identify my weak points and help me master them. She has demonstrated to me so many times how "less is more" and gotten me stronger without injury. And I've also watched as she has help people in their 70's, 80's, and 90's do Pilates safely! I highly recommend Kathy as a Pilates "master" for anyone of any age.
