From the moment we walked in, it felt like an authentic Italian experience. The restaurant was decorated with Sardinian flags and photos, giving it a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our server was fantastic. There was a slight language barrier, but it wasn't a problem at all we worked through it together, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. The highlight of the evening was the salt-crusted branzino, which I later learned is one of the restaurant's signature specialties. Before cooking it, they brought the whole fish to our table so we could see exactly what we were getting. It looked incredibly fresh, like it had just come out of the sea. They then covered it in sea salt, baked it, and brought it back to our table. What made the experience even more memorable was the tableside service. A staff member expertly deboned the entire fish right in front of us, leaving nothing but perfectly flaky, tender pieces ready to enjoy. It was one of the most impressive dining experiences I've ever had. The fish was simply prepared with olive oil and a little sea salt, proving that fresh, high-quality ingredients don't need a lot of seasoning. One thing I loved throughout my trip to Italy was how clean and uncomplicated the food is. They don't rely on heavy seasonings like we often do in the United States, yet every bite is incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed a fresh salad, some biscotti, Italian breadsticks and a bottle of Prosecco that tasted much better than any Prosecco I've had back home. Everything was so good that we even took some leftovers with us. We accidentally ordered one of their wood-fired pizzas because of the language barrier, but even that turned out to be delicious, so it was a happy surprise. They packed out takeaway nicely and have us extra bisco and breadsticks The restaurant is tucked away on a small side street in Milan's Fashion District. It's lively, energetic, and great for groups. During our visit, everyone was watching a FIFA soccer match, so there were lots of cheers and excitement throughout dinner, which added to the fun atmosphere. If you're looking for an authentic Italian seafood experience in Milan, I highly recommend ordering the tableside salt-crusted branzino. Between the fresh ingredients, outstanding service, and memorable presentation, this was easily one of the best meals we had in Italy. We would absolutely return the next time we're in Milan.

The food was simple and delicious - we started with a Caprese salad, very nice, followed by bread that was super fresh and a heartier flavor than we had at other restaurants. For entrees we decided on seafood after so many pasta and pizza meals - we tried their grilled tuna and grilled swordfish, and both were outstanding. The tuna had a nice salt/subtle seasoning and was prepared perfectly, seared on the outside and rare on the inside. My wife's swordfish was also nicely prepared, and the portion was huge - twice the amount she expected (see photos)! And the generous portion of veggies were tasty. For dessert my wife had tiramisu and said it was among the best she had on our entire trip (and she had many!). I had a wonderful pistachio dessert with almonds on the outside that was great (forgot the name), but highly recommend it. Service was professional and prompt (no hovering, a pet peeve). As we ate, the restaurant filled with locals who all seemed to know the staff personally, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere with a nice family feel. I was first brought a basket of bread but no accompanying olive oil. The bread was basically good but i waited until I had plates to scrape up sauce and oil from for the bread. My first dish was a Spaghetti with anchovies which was quite delicious. The pasta may have been a tad bit *too* al dente even for me, and I like it al dente! My second dish was the Veal Piccata with Artichoke. They brought me a Veal Piccata with Olives instead - which was not on the menu....but in my confusion I found that an earlier verison of the menu had it Pizzaola style - tomato-sauce with olives. That's not on their current menu though so when I asked them where the artichokes were, pointing to an image from their digital menu, they said no more and removed the plate and in a few instant minutes later brought me exactly what I ordered. The artichokes were broiling hot, obviously they rushed this together but it was tasty. I finished off with a Pasteria Napoletana from the dessert display case. It was all good.
