This is the type of place where you need to rate a lot of categories. Food was great...presentation even better. Service horrible... decor very unique.
My wife and I came upon the restaurant while we where going to the town my father's family is original from: Roccamonfina, Italy. The food is great we had a wonderful mushroom pasta, the area is know for it's Porcine Mushrooms, and chestnuts. The wine was fantastic a very light local red. We had an assortment of local cheese and meats that was very good.
However great the food was it took for ever to get it.....the waitress was not very nice and they seated us in a large window seat that was very hot due to the sun.
Overall I would give this a four on food alone but service was horrible. read more
