Not sure what it is but now and then I get a craving for arancini balls and I think of the tofu fritter served on a steamed wholemeal bun spread with tahini sauce at Iku in Neutral Bay and race up there to indulge. I think the girls see me coming and always grab a plate and reach for the burger to warm up. I also love the lasgane its big, its hearty with vegetables and they use rice noodle for the lasagne layers.
I think I love it also as when I experienced morning sickness this was the only food that would hold its own. My husband thinks its the liberal dashings of ginger on some of its food has something to do with it. Whatever it is this food is superfood and its the only time I have contemplated going vegetarian which is big thing for a carnivore like me.
Iku foods are dairy free, additive free, preservative free and free from genetic modification and wonderfully flavoursome. read more
