We drove there from the city and got there in like 15 minutes. Parking is as bit of a challenge, but luckily someone was pulling out and we got a spot. This place was packed! The kitchen was tiny, four chefs crowded around the stove making pizzas. We had to wait about 15 minutes and walked around. There were a few other restaurants, but they were all fairly empty. Got the pizza and it smelled so good. Couldn't wait to eat it. We ordered the fratelli's - with mushroom, rocket and proscuitto, the Napolenta - which had olives and sardines and the Gamberoni, which had prawns, garlic and lemon. The Fratelli was delicious and they didn't skimp on the proscuitto. The Napolenta was nice but not a fan of sardines. The Gameroni was yummy and the prawns were delicious! Great place for pizza, probably the best I've tried in Sydney so far..

The coffee here is good, and the barista is a lover of coffee and willing not only to advise, but also to complain about what is lacking with their style of coffee - which was surprisingly refreshing. The food here should be your drawing card here. It is simple but good. I really like the breakfast brioche, especially when add some mushrooms to it. Saying that they are willing here to add or subtract anything on the menu to make exactly what you would like on your plate. Going from there, the staff here are extremely friendly, and make you feel as if you are home. Which generally improve your experience. This is an extremely relaxed and that is awesome for the weekends. But sometimes this place is extremely busy and so you might miss out on a seat, but if you are lucky you can sit down and relax.

He gave great advice into how big things were and what was the right size for kids (I had 4 with me) and for the youngest, he made homemade Calamari rings for a child's meal - and they were so delicious we were all circling the leftovers! The rib decision, half rack or whole, was quickly solved as I was instructed that a half would be more than enough. Indeed it was! It was the size of a full rack anywhere else! I took half home and enjoyed them for lunch the next day! One ordered the chicken burger and it was gorgeous, marinated and grilled, not breaded and fried, and it was also quite big, and half went home. Two of the girls split the big burger which had two patties and all sorts of lovely toppings. It was delicious and the owner split the burger at the table for the girls. We also had started with the loaded chips, which were loaded with cheese, bacon and whatnot, super yummy, but there was a lot there and it didn't get finished. Even though we were full, we decided to give dessert a go. We ordered the sticky rice pudding & the kuih ketayap (pandan crepe, coconut & ice cream), both were superb. The staff were exceptional, very friendly & cheerful. You can really tell that they want you to enjoy the food & have a great time there. Makes it easier that it's BYO, so bring along your favourite & relax. We'll definitely be coming back here & supporting a great local business!
