The space is amazing when your walking through the place you will see random bits of art which cathes your eye instantly. My trip down memory lane included wanting to see barely coherent, incarnations of Bambi trying to stand on the dance floor as an imitation of dance. In truth I saw neither of these things. The clubbing scene has grown up over the years. This venue is a trussed up warehouse fitted with one bar that services two rooms. The atmosphere will always be intimate as the place is not huge. With a decent outside space fitted with a Corona bar, Corsica Studios is spacious enough to be able to wander the white walkways to escape the phenomenally heavy bass lines to catch your breathe. The sound system is breath taking if you situate yourself in front of a speaker. I spent most of my night there, ensuring cheap thrills from the massive reverbs. I like this venue, not because it is any thing special, but because it is a happy symbol of my underground rave past.
