They have a variety of Asian specialities, seafood, sushi, pho, and hibachi. (It might be for dinner) They didn't have crab legs for lunch but there were many kinds of shrimp and beef dishes. They had a sushi chef preparing nigiri as well as rolls. I really liked the variety. They even had the basic nuggets and pizza for kids. I really liked the variety. Everything was fresh and good!

That kind of freaked me out though. I don't like cucumber, so i took the cucumber out of the sushi, and i didn't finish an egg roll because it was too chewy (not crunchy at all). That didn't seem to be a problem. I didn't try everything. I liked the noodles I got. The sushi was decent (I had the cooked sushi). They had a nice selection of desserts. My friend said she'll come back with her kids. I don't think I will. I'd rather have everything cooked fresh. The fried things I tried (gyoza and eggrolls) were too chewy, they didn't taste bad, but the texture was off. The exception was the rangoons, they were crispy. The desserts were ok. The best was the prepackaged ice cream. I'm glad i tired l tried it. It looked like the families with kids were really enjoying it. I'm sure, as a kid, I would have too.

The Steakout - Milwaukee, WI…read more If you're headed to Milwaukee, The Steakout is an absolute must. I eat steak at least once a week, both at home and at restaurants. At home, I know exactly what my family and I like. Ordering steak out is always a bit of a gamble. My husband usually avoids it because 1) we (well I) make great steak at home and 2) every other business meeting seems to happen at a steakhouse. The Steakout is the exception. This place was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. The Atlantic Salmon was an absolute masterpiece. Yes...even in the Midwest. Sushi-grade salmon, perfectly seared on the outside with a buttery medium-rare center. We almost ordered the walleye because, well, Wisconsin. Instead, we took a chance and were rewarded big time. Paired with a bright lemon aioli and served over a rich butter broth, every bite made us look at each other and say, "Okay...this was the right decision." Aside from finding a couple fish bones (because fish are, in fact, made of fish and bones), this dish was outstanding. Now let's talk Prime Rib. Prime rib and I have a complicated relationship. I see it on a menu and immediately think, "this is the one." Then about half the time I spend the rest of dinner wishing I'd ordered something else, like a trusty ribeye or NY Strip. Not here. The Steakout absolutely nailed it. Perfectly medium rare, juicy, flavorful, with a fantastic au jus, beautifully seared asparagus, and just the right thickness. Honestly, I don't know what they could've done better. I couldn't make anything up even if I tried! The French Onion Soup was another winner. Rich, cheesy, and exactly what you hope for when you order French onion soup. And because it's a true Midwest supper club, dinner started with a warm bread basket and a classic relish tray loaded with fresh vegetables, pickles, and olives. Honestly, I wish every restaurant still did this. Bring back relish trays! Of course, no great steak dinner ends without dessert. Even though we were absolutely stuffed, we ordered the tiramisu to go. "To go" lasted approximately five minutes. By the time we waddled to the car looking like Violet after her Willy Wonka blueberry fiasco, that tiramisu didn't stand a chance. Thankfully, we headed straight to Milwaukee's Summerfest afterward to walk off at least a few of the calories. Zero regrets. For the quality of food, the portions, and the overall experience, The Steakout is incredibly reasonably priced. If you're anywhere near Milwaukee, do yourself a favor and put this one at the top of your list.

We made a last minute reservation but am so glad we did because this place got busy quick! We arrived a little earlier than our reservation so we sat at the quaint bar (the layout reminded me of a "Cheers" episode) and enjoyed a glass of wine until we were called to be seated, promptly at exactly when our reservation was for. The bartender was friendly and helpful in suggesting a selection of wine too. I ordered a petite filet but I think it would've been helpful to have the weights of the other two filets listed on the menu as well. My steak was cooked as requested. Clearly this is a local favorite and heavily supported. Reservations are recommended for sure.

The creepy factor is high here: No windows, TVs with dials to change the channel, a parking lot full of RV's. Came here with some friends on a Friday night just to satisfy our curiosity of what is inside this windowless bar/restaurant. Had a drink each at the large bar, then they kicked us out because they were closing... At 9 pm... On a Friday!

The owners run the whole operation, from the hosting, serving, cooking, and cleaning. You don't see that anymore. The waitress (owner) was incredibly friendly and talked to us during our stay about the history of the restaurant and the ingredients of the menu items. She attended us like a mother would, tenderly and with genuine care. All items we ordered were outstanding. The scallops were like butter, the homemade paste melted in your mouth. Even the homemade French salad dressing was so spectacular that I jokingly asked for a bottle to take home and the waitress brought me a container full of it at no charge. There was no room for dessert but overall what started as an odd experience turned into an excellent adventure through time with amazing food. Don't judge a book by its cover. Do yourself a favor and check out this place.

I really like this place because it has an upscale decor done in a nice way with a long elegant bar, hi tables next to the bar, big booths, big wrap around windows with elegant light fixtures. I was started chips/salsa and I ordered a multi colored margarita. The chips were thin/fresh but not seasoned. The salsa was good with avocado chunks and some nice heat finish. The multi color margarita was thick and ok but it lost it self with all the flavors in one large glass. I would order the combination plate with one taco, enchilada and tostada with choice of meat that comes with rice and beans. Service was ok and my food came quickly and it had a nice presentation on a rectangular plate. The ground beef enchilada was cheesy but fairly bland. The steak taco was not seasoned very well either but it had tiny diced skirt steak with a char grilled flavor and very good, the tiny diced meat was genus because none of the meats will be chewy and hard to eat. The tostada was Al pastor with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese that was good with a sweet taste in the pork. The beans were super thick topped with cheese and the rice was perfect for mixing with the beans and topped with hot sauce. Overall was it the best Mexican restaurant no because I like more seasoned food but it was good and better than average. Even though I forgot to review it on my first visit I did remember that the margaritas were big and I did enjoy the food.
