    I rarely go here but when I do, I get confused with the layout as I am usually going there for one specific thing. In this case it was for one kitchen item and I was lost as usual. I asked a worker, Janet, who was fulfilling an online order and when I asked if she was familiar with the store layout she said yes and dropped what she was doing and had me follow her to show me shortcuts to where I needed to go. That's AWESOME customer service you rarely see anymore!

    Great selection, friendly staff, and the food is actually really good. We ate here in a pinch and the food totally hit the spot, plus the price was great.

    It's 2025, I am in my 30s and have never been to IKEA until now. My wife has been wanting to go for more organizational items and even though I typically am a go to the store for what I need, I must admit, even I enjoyed looking. I really like the way they have everything organized, and set up. The items look darn good and are super cheap! We also finally got to try the famous IKEA meatballs and they were pretty darn tasty! Can't wait to go back and pick up a bunch of items.

    I don't know what is going on with IKEA. For their restaurants/bistro; the place is just dirty and it seems like they just don't care. We visited IKEA back to back months and the soda machines in the bistro Café area still remain closed. There's many food items that are not available. The actual restaurant is super slow and the food is just lukewarm. Good luck if you wanna find anyone helping you you're on your own. Overall, in the past IKEA was top-notch for low-cost, efficient, European designs, but I find that the experience here is very lackluster.

    There is no service here. No one helps you. You are pretty much on your own except for kiosks. Even if you carry everything and you still have to wait none of this makes it easier to get the process. Also, I like to be part of the shopping experience is not great.

    Since it was rush hour and the interstate was heavy with traffic, I decided to kill some time and shop for Christmas presents. I ended up buying a lot more than I planned. Originally I was looking for a small table for my granddaughter's bedroom as I had previously purchased a table lamp for her. As usual for IKEA, I found a dual purpose table. It is a round heavy steel cage looking basket with a heavy removable lid that serves as the table top. Suggestions for the basket storage area are blankets or pillows. For $29.99, the sturdiness of the table seems like a great value. The self serve kitchen area is where I found a lot of items to purchase. I found a stainless steel 2 quart pot for only $9.99 marked down from $18. And some unique heavy shelf paper that looks like it will work much better than what I am using now. The next area was candles. Lots of choices in aromas and sizes. I bought four for gifts. I thought the price point for all the candles was extremely low especially when compared to the other name brands. I paid $2.99 for a 20 hour candle. In fact, I thought all the prices were very competitive and lower than the majority of the competition. I did like their food court with a separate door to the outside. All I got was a bottle of water, but the food looked good. Okay now for some cons. I found two different styles of phone/tablet holders that I wanted to buy in the showroom but the sign say you have to wait until you get to the marketplace. Well by then I completely forgot about them so they lost sales there. I don't like that they do not take cash! And there were zero cashiers. Nobody was even around to even help you if you had trouble. And nobody checking baskets either. After shopping for an hour and lifting heavy furniture items, the last thing I want to do is check out a basket full by myself.

    I try to visit at least once a year. It is good that they have some of the same product and also new product. They have furniture, housewares and decor and even plants here! They have a cafeteria here. They also support many community programs here as well as forests!

    Updating my review to mention that the the supply issues that plagued IKEA for the past year or two seem to have been resolved. On two recent visits the store seems to be fully stocked. If you are a serious IKEA shopper you will note that the Fishers store is noticeably smaller at only 296,000 square feet and is only one level. The Cincinnati area IKEA in West Chester has 340,000 square feet and two levels. The Chicago area IKEA at Schaumburg has 450,000 square feet and three levels for your shopping pleasure I love the fact that we have an IKEA here in Hamilton County but will admit I enjoy shopping at the West Chester and Schaumburg locations when I get a chance.

    This IKEA is quite convenient in that it is a single-level store, contrary to many other IKEA stores around the world where they are often two stories. There really isn't much to say about this store as I feel like all the IKEA stores are the same wherever you go - hence one star taken off for how everything seems the same everywhere. The store is kept well clean and the staff are friendly, all very important qualities to have to have a successful store. 4/5 will do.

    One of my favorite places to be! I will say Swedish furniture isn't my forte to put together but if you or someone close to you is handy - I'm sure they'll figure out the lengthy instructions.. ikea is super clean & very well organized/laid out. My child is 13 so she likes to window shop with me but if you have a smaller child they do offer a staffed play area near the front that you can safely check your child in so you can shop handsfree. The parking lot is well lit at night and there are plenty of workers to help you both in & outside with loading your car or truck. ***big plus for me: the live plants are well taken care of!!! I hate going to bigger dept stores and the living plants are all wilted and thirsty. Don't forget to stop off in the clearance room near the check out - I found two amazing bar chairs in there with minor scrapes for $50 together!!!!

    IKEA is always fun to visit :) I loved seeing all the different home furniture especially on display. It definitely inspired some new room ideas for my room. I came with my family and they also enjoyed the good deals and purchasing home items. I think the stuff is pretty good and people there were pretty nice and accommodating.

    Huge Warehouse with so many options. Food court and tons of furniture and home finishes. We were looking for a couple pieces of furniture for a college room. We found them in the appropriate area of the warehouse and headed to the distribution area to get them. One was sold out and the other was there. We went online to ikea.com and found what we wanted and it is being shipped. We could also pick it up at a nearby (1.5 hours away) warehouse today. It was a little disappointed that they didn't have it since the distribution area wasn't near the showroom, and we don't want to walk back to see if we could gone another option. But it all worked out in the end. That stuff is good story furniture at a pretty reasonable price. It has a very specific look to it but I think it could fit well and really be useful in most homes. The staff was very helpful when we asked a couple questions and the rest was laid out very easily so we maneuvered through the large warehouse with ease

His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

When we decided to go ahead with the project, the entire team came to my house, plumbing, electrician, etc. to assure that what the designer had presented was all doable. Our designer, Dani, was excellent at accommodating all our wishes and our project manager, Ryan, was very thorough and communicative. The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way. At the end, every minor detail was attended to and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling project!

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

Customer service sent a replacement and clearly told me I would not be charged for the broken one and that UPS would pick it up. From there, everything fell apart. They failed to provide tracking or pickup dates, causing me to miss UPS. When UPS was resent, Bed Bath & Beyond only provided one return label even though the vanity came in three boxes, forcing me to call again and delay the return further. I was then told they would personally arrange pickup and send tracking, but instead they cancelled the return, claiming it was outside their 30-day return policy -- even though the delays were entirely their fault. To make matters worse, I was charged $748.24 on September 8, 2025 for the broken vanity after being told I wouldn't be. I spent weeks trying to resolve this. I was promised supervisor callbacks that never happened, waited on hold for 40 minutes, and was repeatedly told my case was being "escalated" with zero follow-through. This company failed to communicate, failed to retrieve a defective item, and charged me anyway. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you want accountability or basic follow-up.
